Cons: "I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats."

Pros: "Our hostess was extremely friendly, accomdating and engaging. Air Nz need more staff like her! We had taken a Honolulu flight to Auckland flight the day before and were really disappointed with the service, lack of friendliness and the limited availability of food were not what I have come to expect on Air NZ, an airline we have been so proud of in the past to fly."

Maybe due to moist it was like dat...no one was listening to us and made us to wait for long time ."
Pros: "No bags on an international flight?! I had to pay $375 for 3 bags. Last minute changes with a layover, instead of a 3 hr flight it was a 6 hr flight and NO FOOD not even available to purchase.... very confusing very disappointed...."

Pros: "There was so much I loved, but what really stood out was the mood was set from the beginning....music, lighting, and the welcome message on the screens that were personalized for passengers. Great food and the friendliest airline crew ever. I also loved the safety video....it wasn't boring even though I knew to he information."

Pros: "Can't say enough about how good the experience was. It felt like business class, except the seat doesn't transform into a flat bad. Service, meals, amenities, washrooms, etc. were amazing. Also, the flight times AKL-YVR and YVR-AKL are so civilized! You leave each city around dinner time, you dine, you watch a movie, sleep as much as you want, have breakfast, and then it's time to land! Way better than other options that leave at odd times."

The food was excellent and drinks served in real glass made a difference. the space was generous, seats comfortable, and pillows and blankets of a higher quality than economy. Overall a superior experience."

Pros: "After finding it in the airport everything went extremely well. Able to find the flights and get to the gates with plenty of time. I did not have access to my email, but did see all the notices and appreciate that. Will travel with email access in the future."
