I liked that we got there safely. I disliked long delays, gate and ticket agents incompetence and apathy and having my luggage lost. Five days later I've yet to get anything more than a generic apology from British Air. Luggage yet to be located, much less returned.

I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.

OK, except for a cabin attendant's lack of attention.
