Cons: "The entertainment system was soooo old. In our seats it was non-functional. The plane wasn't too full and so I scooted over to the isle seat next to mine but again the resolution on the screen was so bad I couldn't read the intro comments to the movie, etc. They desperately need to update the entertainment system on that plane."

Cons: "They reschudle my flight beaucase I have anxiety. It's my birthday today. I'm suppose to be in China celebrating me and my grandma's birthday right now. Apparently anxiety is something that Singapore airline are very concerned about me, that needs a doctor note to prove that I'm okey to fly. poor coummcation skill and power play"
Cons: "Need to be able to upgrade with Krisflyer Miles"
Pros: "Very helpful and polite staff"
Cons: "Old B777-200 with small personal screen. And they don't have pillows on board."
Cons: "poor ground and inflight crews hospitality poor food quality poor food variation"
Pros: "The flight attendants are professional, attentive, efficient. One suggestion, they didn't know to offer a nauseous passenger ginger ale. I let them know to give her some and she was very grateful. Also too much food! It's so much better than any other airline but very abundant and I feel bad when I only eat a small portion of the items on each tray. Otherwise great crew, plane, boarding, etc."
Pros: "Great service with a smile and can do attitude"
Cons: "Singapore Airlines always boast themselves as first class service. That is just bs. At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."
Pros: "Getting up at 4am on a Monday (post Singapore 7s) - couldn't have been a better timing for a free upgrade (as the plane was full). Travelling on Singapore Air is always a pleasure - but that made it even better....."
Cons: "cramped uncomfortable seats freezing cold"
Pros: "The sevice was on point. Flight attendants were beautiful and worked harder than any other airline I have been on. The uniforms were on point too. The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"
Cons: "Wifi cost 12 bucks and hour."
Pros: "On time. Attentive crew."
Cons: "Old TV screen that was difficult to see. Looked like it was from 1990. Limited movie selection."
Pros: "my wife had injured her ankle on our trip. as a result she was walking with the aid of a cane. the crew anticipated her needs and asked her to board early without us requesting."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled during peak season with little notice time Lack of service Lack of compensation"
Pros: "The ground staff in Sydney!"
Cons: "From the moment we checked in in Singapore there was no service. Having travelled first class and Economy before with Singapore I was very disappointed with Business class. My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."
Pros: "Crew was outstanding"
Cons: "No sound on my entertainment system"
