Pros: "Everything, I was upgraded to the upper cabin, crews are wonderfully friendly and warm."
Cons: "First aid kit, in case of sudden nose bleed caused by dry air. Other than that, perfect!"
Pros: "The entrainment was a really good selection, and when the systems were faulty, they rebooted then to make sure we had our entertainment back. Thank you! Also the food selection was very good. Having a salmon dinner was heavenly and healthy for me."
Cons: "The seats were not as comfortable as some on your other Qantas airplanes. Maybe we had outdated ones? Either way you're getting better on the design. Keep up the improvements! :)"

Pros: "Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable . As usual not enough toilets!! The boarding in Jnb was the usual security schlepp but all in all no complaints and I will certainly fly this route and use this carrier again."

Cons: "The entertainment system didn't work or was buggy for the entire flight and while we got an apology, we got no other compensation. Also, with 2 hours left in the flight, the flight attendants loudly woke everyone up in the plane and forcefully raised everyone's seats, even if they were asleep, so that they could serve breakfast to everyone. That was an incredibly rude awakening."

Cons: "My kayak app wasn’t updated to the correct flight time so they had to put me on the last flight to Melbourne that would make it. Thankfully quantas is awesome and got it done."

Cons: "Staff that maned the gate clearly a novice or untrained. His coworker seemingly not bothered if the job was done correctly or not. Resulting in multiple bags being lost. And not just mine, at least 4 people had baggage lost due to lack of care and attention Absolutely dier."

Pros: "Seriously, in all my years of flying this was the best experience I've ever had - and that includes comparing my Economy ticket at Qantas to previous First Class flights with Delta and US Air. Very coordinated, very well setup and prepared. The stewards were wonderful. Food and service outstanding through the entire 13hr flight."

Pros: "I was really looking forward to flying international on Qantas to NZ, only to find out the flight was actually on American Airlines instead. The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."
Cons: "There was a known 3+ hr delay in Auckland for the second part of the connection through to Sydney, that wasn't advised during the flight. It caused quite a lot of difficulty for the Qantas Lounge Staff who were asked questions and unable to assist as it was operated by LATAM (LAN)"
Pros: "As I stated previously, I am blind and found the special assistance Qantas offers invaluable. Every crew member I interacted with was polite, thoughtful, warm, attentive, and extremely helpful."
