We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."

Cons: "It is so annoying they want you to pay an extra $20 to pre book any seat. If you need the extra $20 that much, charge me in the original fare! Don't nickel and dime me. At check in they couldn't even get my child seated beside me although a change was made last minute at the gate. Every other airline I've flown recently was better. Sri Lankan and Emirates FAR better service."

Cons: "Positively ancient entertainment system with poor selection and bad visual quality. Ads pop up every time you go into another menu. If you're flying SIN->BNE I'd avoid the 7.20am departure, you'll get the old 777-200s rather than the A350s they run on other departures."

Pros: "The crew was really great, so friendly and accommodating. I wasn't able to order a vegetarian meal ahead of time, but they still gave me one on board when I asked. There was an amazing selection of movies and they refilled my drinks without even asking. I would recommend this airline to anyone traveling to Asia."
Pros: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Cons: "Singapore Airlines always boast themselves as first class service. That is just bs. At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"

Cons: "At Heathrow, the boarding agents kept calling few passengers without letting the rest of the passengers know what was going on. Also the boarding was delayed without giving specific reason almost 50 min later. Finallly they said the boarding was delayed to catering and cleanning, which I could not believe since the plane has been on a tarmac close to an hour. Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights."

Cons: "Changed flight , couldn’t check in. I bought ticked on kayak but vayama was the actual ticket seller on behalf of Iberia which is a British airlines company. I couldn’t check and and customer service of vayama didn’t want to help and asked me to call Iberia. I called Iberia and after staying on hold for 40 min they told me to use the same confirmation number of Iberia flight on British airlines website. After a long day and a long and expensive uber ride I made it to sfo to see the flight has been delayed... never ever ever going to buy an international flight from Iberia, and very hesitant about kayak redirecting sales."

It happened multiple times and the crew reset my monitor twice before it started working properly. Towards the very end of my flight it started happening again. Very frustrating for such a long flight."

Cons: "BA took my kids Trolleys and when we off board the plan they told us wait we will give you the Trolleys on the gate, we wait for 30 mins and then informed us that the Trolleys will be with the bags on the bag area. This make us to wait 1 hrs in Costume as it was crowded. People who traveled in economy class left airport before us"

I am very disappointed with British Airlines. This is the absolute worst experience flying I have ever had. I do not recommend anyone flying British Airways."

Cons: "When the ticket was issued it never said anything about who the subsidiary operating airline is. That caused so much confusion that I missed my flight despite of arriving at the airport almost 3 hours before departure. Then on my way back I asked for a tissue she threw one on the table with a snarl and said they are in the bathroom. Then the plane was standing still in the tarmac for good 10 minutes and I needed a tissue again - the same stewardess was extremely rude in telling me to go back to my seat - I advised her to be calm and speak appropriately. I was only trying to get the tissue paper from the toilet."

Cons: "The tannoy was difficult to hear at the airport, guess that is not the fault of the airline but it made boarding difficult. Stewardess whizzed past when offering duty free shopping on board."
Pros: "Im 55 and slightly over weight getting a middle seat when the arm rests don't raise and seats so close together was a major issue getting in and out on such a long flight and I watched other women experiencing the same issue."
Cons: "Armrests to raise up 2 to 3 inches more between seat front to back. Especially if the persons in front of you have reclined there seats"
