Cons: "I paid for an assigned window seat (18K) at the front of the plane. However when I arrived to my seat I was told that there is a handicap person in my room and I can't sit there and was offered a seat in the back of the plane. Yes of course I understand and wouldn't want to move a handicap person to get to my seat but at the same time I believe the seat assignment fee which I paid in advance should be refunded."

I was provided with the hotel voucher when I enquiried about the delay but the staff did not give me enough information how to get to the hotel. He seems so caught up with other stuff. I was standing there clueless. The sceen on entertainment unit was too dark and the buttons were not working properly on the screen."

Cons: "We took off over an hour late with no communication as to why we were sitting on the runway. Most of the crew seemed annoyed and short with everyone."

Pros: "I felt that the crew kind of forgot about us; there were lots of trolleys going by with drinks but each presumed that we had been served. I also felt that the crew in this section weren't friendly. I know it was an extremely busy flight but there wasn't much eye contact with the some of the crew, I felt that the stewards (men) were the least friendly."
Cons: "The food was bland and boring but i do like having real knives and forks. The white wine choice wasnt good. The crew didn't seem that familiar with the types on offer, ie savignon blanc, chardonnay etc. They just handed you the wine and hoped it would be ok. I felt for such a long flight the crew could have announced that if anyone would like extra snax or drinks then feel free to call a member of the crew or even go to the kitchen and ask. Wifi was offered on the flight but it wasn't explained how to use it so I didn't have this facility as I couldn't connect! Once we asked it was explained but I still wasn't able to connect. Would be helpful if this could be explained / announced to the passengers."

The inflight after ringing the call bell for 10 minutes, was disgruntled to attend to us, literally screamed at us saying she was busy in the back and we need to be patient. She took an additional 10 minutes to bring us some water. Her attitude was inexcusable and offensive. I have been a loyal flyer making at least 2 travels in a year with Emirates and I'm ready to switch now."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that some passengers can get drunk during the flight and that they can drink as much alcohol as they can. On the road behind me there were three Arabic guys who were really loud, noisy and impolite during the whole flight. One of them was constantly punching my seat the whole flight and even when I asked him politely to stop he didn't. Instead, he smiled at my face. I told the stewardess about that, but she also didn't do anything. She continued bringing them beers. The floor under their feet was full of empty beer cans. They had at least 20 cans of beer, and after that some wine. I think you should put some restrictions on the allowed alcohol amount per passenger. Wifi is never working!"
