Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable. Service was not very kind on either of our Fiji air flights. I honestly will avoid flying with Fiji air in the future—much better airlines to choose from."

Cons: "350 pound passenger placed next to us in window seat. Passenger took over 1/3 of my wife's seat. Flight was full, no effort made by crew to correct situation."

Cons: "We were delayed over 3 hours. The intercom didn't work very well and the entertainment system was pretty much out of order. Also one of the toilet doors wouldn't lock."

Pros: "Great choices for entertainment; food was hot; crew was excellent to the point of bringing a hot moist towel to wash face/hands with in the morning before serving breakfast; boarding went quickly with having 2 rows to fill in, not just one; the best, however, was the cabin crew bringing water consistently through the night to those that were awake. My husband even took a glass and held it for me while I was snuggled under the blanket. Kudos, crew!!"

Cons: "It was crazy cold on the plane. I'm a frequent flyer and never in my life had I been this cold. I had a sweater, a scarf and a blanket, but couldn't relax to sleep as I was shivering the whole time. My friend traveling with me and the people in our row were feeling the same way. Plus they make you remove your blanket for take off and landing, which I've never had to do with other companies. It went from shivering to teeth chattering. I couldn't understand why they served us a hot meal when we got on the plane. Anyone boarding at 11:30 pm should have already eaten, at that point you just want to sleep, not wait another two hours for food to be served and the trays cleaned up."
