It got me where I needed it to; not much more. It had no competition so that was why I chose it.
The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.
This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.
Easy boarding in group 2. Landed 1/2 hr early. Delicious cookie snack.

Boarding took a long time for a couple of flights. We arrived at our final destination an hour late. Others missed their connecting flight. We had no time to eat between flights. My checked in bag was delayed because it was in another flight. At least they gave us a voucher because of that. The staff was very kind.
Flight was absolutely sold out, so that just makes the crews job that much tougher. I will say people (customers) are behaving better over the last year.
Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!
