You have to fill out a form, web site doesn't work, staff also can't get it to work, you finally get a call back and they send another form to fill out. Staff write the complaint and haven't heard from anyone. I had to start over. Bad at rectifying problems and caring about customers after a trip. I booked 17 tickets for this trip for my clients. I have used you in the past for my clients ..one group 50 tickets. Carol James Travel Agrnt"
Cons: "one of the Lady crew member was very rude. When i asked her child meal she made a very bad face and told me that u should have booked online. I explained her i tried but couldnt book coz of may be cheap fare category. It was quite embarrassing for me :("

Pros: "It was a great experience...nicest airline I've ever flown. The cabin crew was attentive and accommodating and being a vegetarian I found they had many options for my dietary requirements."
Pros: "The selection of tv shows and movies was excellent. Very diverse. The crew were also very responsive to anything we asked (water, questions, etc...) They gave me good advice regarding my connecting flight."

Cons: "Cramped, very poor boarding. TAP should reduce the recline of the seats to give more comfort for those behind. More and more airlines are reducing the recline to save annoyance to others."

Cons: "I didn't like the way they were talking to me about the strict rules on luggage weight limit. They asked to pay 30 dollars for one extra kg and even on the carry on bags. The staff who seemed to be a manager in Korea was telling me to leave behind everything as they are only allowing me total of 7kgs to carry on which includes my laptop (3kg already) and a small handbag! They are literally asking you to just carry your laptop, magazine and a toothbrush! Never seen this strict and stinge rules before. And they didn't even check my carry on weight when boarding after...after giving up my gifts to friends which were not worth paying extra 30 dollars! According to their seat allocation people who sat next to me seemed to be a double or triple size of me (No offence to these passengers) and I could not eat my meal properly because I had no room to move my arm. I asked politely to a crew to change my seat but they said it is full and gave me a cup of orange juice! How nice! I will discourage people to spend extra money on Emirates because you might not get the premium service you pay for!!"
Pros: "I cancelled the flight 6 hours after booking. The travel agency changed me $50 per passenger. The agent did not render any service whatsoever, but stole $100 from my visa card."
