Pros (+) As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine
