Pros:The staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable.Cons:We did have a bit of a wait before a second staff member came out, but he was apologetic and very professional. He even provided us a free upgrade. The price of the rental was high, but I also booked last minute and it seems that all rental prices are very high right now.Reviewed 21 Jun 2021

Pros:The drop off was the best part of the experience. The gentleman who helped us was professional and efficient. The car itself ran just fineCons:When you rent a car and there are visible parts missing-two holes where two what look like lights should have been and there is a long list of "dings"-if is off-putting. And when you have a "this car needs to be serviced" notice every time you start--that is off-putting too. It makes you feel like you are driving a car with problems.Reviewed 4 Jun 2021

Cons:I got to the airport around 11:50am while my rental was scheduled to be picked up around noon and was told that they have no cars for me . Rental was paid for in full and yet company didn’t hold the vehicle for me but released it prior to another customer. Customer rep for Sixt then informed me that she will put me on a waiting list with remaining clients and I could try back around 3pm. I am disappointed in both Kayak for partnering with Sixt and them for misleading their clients.Reviewed 3 Jun 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly but did not help me when I called in about the car being dirty on the inside.Cons:The car was in disgusting condition and clearly had not been cleaned or sanitized at all. Was not helped when I called into the store to report this. Also, the iPass did not work in the tolls. It was truly an awful experience and I would never recommend this service to someone.Reviewed 6 May 2021

Pros:Staff at pickup were friendly, and the person at their 24/7 help line was empathetic when we had a problemCons:Extra fees & car model restrictions for younger drivers not clear online. No way to see how much insurance would cost before you book. When our car's tire was damaged, we had to stand on the side of the highway for 30 min on hold for roadside assistance, only for them to tell us the best they could do was send a local shop (60 minutes away!) to put on the spare. So the roadside assistance isn't really any help. Because they have so few locations, if you have any car issue outside of Chicago/Indianapolis, you're stuck with taking the time to repair the car, paying for repairs upfront and being charged for any extra time you have to rent the car in order to get those repairs. You can't just exchange the car like you could at a larger chain. Untranslated German on their English website.Reviewed 20 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff was very nice. It was super easy quick and easy.Cons:That when we picked up the car, the inside had a terrible odor, even in the trunk! We bought three vent air fresheners and placed one in the trunk and two inside the car, which helped. Other than that the car was awesome!Reviewed 13 Apr 2021

Pros:Yup they lied to me in Atlanta Airport when my car got breaking outside the hotel and they broke my Driver side rear window and Sixt send me a claim saying there was 2 window broken how is it even true when I have a police report saying they broke only 1 window are they trying to rip the CustomerCons:They have to charge what they offer and Car security system wasn’t working other wise I would have safe my stuffs and belongingsReviewed 3 Apr 2021
