Cons:The minivan was not in good shape! There was a problem with the front end which made steering and handling difficult, especially at high speed. The "change oil" light came on halfway through the trip which was disconcerting. When we reported this to the clerk upon returning he seemed unconcerned and said they would check it out but offered no type of compensation. After all of that, we were charged a fuel surcharge because we didn't fill the tank "enough" although it was not full when we picked it up. I thought that to be petty considering the problems we had. In summation, I was not pleased with this particular Enterprise or their customer service.Reviewed 22 Jun 2021

Pros:The car was nice aside from scratch marks on the ceiling (I'm serious) and screeching tiresCons:It was an absolutely terrible experience. I arrived on time and as I arrived was getting a phone call from the facility. They informed me when I walked in that they were calling bc they didn't have a car (I've had this reservation for over a week) and that it would be two hours. That is unacceptable. I booked a car and I had somewhere to be. They then said two other people were waiting too but they would put me ahead of two other customers if I agreed to an upcharge for a more expensive car that was being sent there. I said I didn't feel I should be charged for to accommodate their error but they said they were doing me a favor by putting me ahead of the two other people. What a terrible way to run a business. I agreed but after some push back, again I had somewhere to be. It still took 30 minutes for that car to get there. While we waiting the same person and another employee were making fun of customers calling in on the phone because they thought their questions were stupid. There did not seem to be an sense of urgency about being so behind or anything being done to help the customers who are paying them good money. While waiting they provided me my updated quote. It was as I expected and planned for. We went through the ID stuff etc. Finally the car arrives and I go to pay and they let me know it's the amount they said PLUS a security hold of $300. I put money aside specifically for this and no where, including our 30+ waiting time, were we told about a security hold. I didn't have enough money on my card to do this. My partner, who was with me, then had to go in and do the Driver's licence etc all over again so we could finally get going. Honestly I want all of my money back. It was absolutely ridiculous. I am a customer support manager and if an employee or my company dealt this way I would be embarrassed.Reviewed 15 Jun 2021

Pros:Drop off was the only positive to this experience. Park the car and go.Cons:Pricing was terrible. The time it took to be able to talk to staff after an 11 hour flight was terrible. Car selection was terrible.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:The guy at midway airport was really nice. They were very quick and efficient too.Cons:I did notice that there was a bunch sticky stuff in the back seat when I got to Kentucky. It didn’t come from me as the only thing I put in the backseat was my suitcase, so I’m a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. Also the vehicle itself shakes a lot when you get up to 70mph, and overall I wasn’t impressed with the Ford Ecosport.Reviewed 19 Feb 2021

Pros:They treated me very bad they made me wait for 2 hours they were late then changed the book car then wanted to charge me 360 dollars not the amount that was on your application. It was bad I had a child with me and travel bags and the employee refused to use any other type of payment except my credit card which didn’t have that much money I want a compensation for my lost time lost money my agony long wait and missed work day. Unprofessional unacceptable.Cons:Hated all aspects and how they treated me really bad and made me wait two hours although I booked a day before didn’t pick us up and still told us to go get coffee while we wait. It was 45 min and extended to two hours then it was a different car and extraaaaaaaa money not the amount on ur app or even close. 360 dollars for whaaaaat???Reviewed 23 Dec 2020
