Pros: Great car, clean but mechanically unsound. Car died after one day.
Cons: A car that works, roadside assistance that works as advertised, roadside assistance phone reps that do what they say they will do. Car died and had to rent a car from Hertz as Alamo couldn't figure out how to tow it or replace it. Cost me over $500.
Pros: Staff seemed nice
Cons: Clean the car out. Received my rental with weed in it
Pros: The staff was super helpfull
Cons: Hours of operation in New York City could be better. They are pretty limited, and they make drop-off more difficult. Otherwise, good overall experience.
Pros: The car was ready when we got there. The car was clean & in great shape.
Cons: I'm always looking for cheaper prices. However, the service was wonderful.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: N/A
Cons: No spare tire or jack
Pros: The free upgrade was appreciated and the car was new and clean.
Cons: There was an enormous line at the airport to pick up the car, and only one person able to process customers. The wait was utterly ridiculous (40 min) and made me late. There was no toll transponder in the car, which was really annoying.
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Well maintained vehicle and very efficient and friendly pick-up/drop off. Much better than the Hertz family of companies.
Cons: I requested a refund and never received.
Pros: Car was great
Cons: Manager at location was condescending.
