Booked “standard suv” category and received a banged up old minivan instead. Car was disgusting outside and especially inside! Took forever to receive the car and then even longer to get out of the gate due to their system freezing up. Not impressed at all!Reviewed 13 Jun 2024

Getting from baggage claim to Payless terminal had to stand in long lines to get on the bus. The customer service agent was very nice and friendly. We ended up getting an electric car, but never told us about what charging stations we could use being not familiar with that type of electric car and where the charging stations were a big problem wasted a lot of time during our driving experience, trying to find chargers that would work.Reviewed 20 Apr 2024

Was serviced by Avis. Long checkout line, once in the car took 30 mins to get out of the rental lot. Declined additional protection, but was charged anyway. Gas tank was 1/3 full when I received the car.Reviewed 6 Mar 2024

The first thing they did was upgrade me without my permission, and I didn’t find out about the upgrade and the charges until checking the car back in. Secondly, they sent me to a car which was filthy – it hadn’t been washed/cleaned inside or out. And finally, I was just outside the gates of the rental car facility when I looked down and found that I had less than a half a tank of gas.
