The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.Reviewed 30 Dec 2022

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. the price was utterly ridiculous! but that obviously isn't an issue with alamo. staff was courteous and professional. the car was fine but didn't ride well - felt like the front end was out of alignment.Reviewed 21 Mar 2022

Getting the car was easy, could even pick out what we wanted to drive in the lot! Returning was just as easy, someone came out to us and documented everything for us as we were unloading our bags. Highly recommend!Reviewed 23 Dec 2021

I would hardly call the car we rented an SUV…. And they charged us an extra $24.99/day for the “SUV” upgrade. Total cost for four days was iced $600 to rent a car that barely went over 55 mph. Such a racket.Reviewed 26 Jul 2021

The wait at pickup was much longer than it had to be - there was only 1 person at the counter and one or two people directing people to cars, and the inventory/lot management was inadequate. Alamo didn't have the reserved vehicle (minivan) and had to substitute a full-size SUV, which took 20+ minutes to find - there was a wait at the counter (despite a light crowd) and at the lot (where one poor guy was running all over the lot trying to find cars to match with customers).Reviewed 6 Jul 2021
