Orlando Ute Rentals

Pickup and car fine. We had contacted them re a second rental but they didn’t make the reservation and didn’t have tue car available. They were going to charge the rate for a larger car instead of honouring the reservation. That same call we had asked about drop off and we’re assured that there was an airport shuttle to the Sanford airport but when picking up vehicle was told that they didn’t do that. Overall poor communication between who we talked to over tue phone and then who we talked to at tue location.

Car was new only 4000 miles very clean suited our needs for a family of 7 perfectly. No extra expense charges and very easy drop off

Honestly I booked based on location and the price that was shown on kayak. The representative tricks you into buying a sunpass or paying $40 for tolls. Even if you don’t travel on toll roads they weasel it in. While leaving on the shuttle I was extorted for an additional $500. Pick another place

Everything was great except dropping the vehicle off at 4 am. Lot was full and no one was easily located to return the vehicle to.

Waiting for 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Then when I got my car rental, the car was badly clean and in bad shape, like it need to be tuned up taken to the shop. Then when I dropped off car rental. This car rental is not 24 hours open. Did not have a ride back to airport.

The pick-up process was not very friendly and full of up sales. The car had seen some heavy wear and the chemical deodorizer was extremely strong. It was so strong it gave us headaches. Not fans of the company at all.

Our tire ended up with a bolt. We had to take lug the tire. Inconvenient. But everything else was great

They downgraded me from a midsized SUV to a sedan when they had plenty SUVs in their lot. The vehicle I received had moderate damage to it, immediately had a “needs an oil change” alert that was persistent the entire trip, they made me perform my own inspection on the car. I waited over an hour in the lobby to be seen by an employee and was subsequently penalized for me being “late” despite actually arriving early. I will never rent from them again and if I am routed to them through a site like yours, I will not proceed with the purchase. Awful experience.

Everything was terrible: we were waiting shuttle for 40 minutes on terminal A. Than almost two hours at the front desc. All together about 3 hours till we left the York rental company. They also made me pay for the insurance which was 100% covered by my credit card. Calling my cc didn't help. They also pleasured me to pay for SunPass when I told them I have my transporter and account with SunPass. At the end I wouldn't go with this company again, choose some better and bigger company such as Herze, Enterprise or Almo. Don't try to safe couple of dollars, you will loose.

Forty-five minute wait for the shuttle. Hard sell on the insurance. Requiring proof of insurance instead of just allowing me to sign a waiver. Hard sell on the toll card ($12/day) vs $20 charge per toll! Will never rent from this company again.

The employee that checked me in was not friendly. He refused to take my husband credit card that may not be his fault but that’s a terrible policy if we are married. Also the $500 surcharge is ridiculous I have never been charged that for a rental car before EVER!

Easy pick up, easy drop off, free airport shuttle, very friendly and helpful staff.

The worst place to rent your car. Beware of these crooks. They charge random fees. They don’t take ownership of there mistakes and you end up having to pay for it. Was charged an additional $138 fee. Then because of their incompetence another $80. Save yourself money and aggravation don’t use them

It would have been good if they had told us where to get the shuttle to the rental place.

The staff is unfriendly. The shuttle does not come around every 15-20 minutes like they state. Needed to call them and ask three times where the shuttle was. The car had a ton of scratches and dings all over it and it’s barely a year old. The car play connection has a mechanical error so while using gps it shuts down.

Waiting for pick up at the airport can take a long time - you just have to wait for the shuttle to come. The car itself was immaculate and the check-in process was easy once you get there. On our way to drop off the car, a rock hit the windshield and cracked it, something that was completely beyond our control. The employees were confusing and unhelpful when it came to the process of how to submit a claim, etc. It was pretty stressful and they were not empathetic at all. That is the main reason for my mediocre rating.

What a great value for money this was. The staff were all friendly and they were flexible to accommodate out slight plan changes. The drop off was also really smooth and quick. Didn’t love how far the shuttle has to take us but I would definitely rent here again.

The car was very dented, missing an antenna, etc

The car was having problems when I drove it the first day. Called and reported it…someone was suppose to call me back and bring me a different car, never did. Drive it the 2nd day, no issues. Drove it 2 hrs away on the third to the beach and was stuck doing 40mph on rds that everyone was flying at 70 and above. It was horrible. I called them and they did bring me another car in a couple hrs but it could’ve all been avoided if they would’ve listened to me the first day. It was very unsafe andI had 2 kids in the car. People were flying past us beeping their horns. It was a terrifying experience.

The staff told me that the rental car can not drive out of State of Florida, and it didn’t state on the internet. So ACE didn’t let me get the rental car. That was a miserable experience to me.

The windows and side view mirrors had a lot of accumulated soap scum that made night vision bad

The customer service was excellent! They (two different gentlemen) were polite and helpful with my calls about tolls before the pickup and were just as friendly once we got there. Everyone from the shuttle bus driver (who was very prompt and helpful) to the counter lady and the lady that gave us our car was excellent. We will definitely rent with them again. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The only downside I experienced was trying to call. No one ever answered the phone when I tried calling that location.

Was in Florida for two weeks and decided to use Ace as our car rental company. Check in was slow. Was told that many tolls in Florida wouldn’t take cash and if we wanted to avoid $50 per pay by plate invoice we had to pay $11 a day whether we passed any tolls or not. Total extortion. The car we received was a Hyundai Iconic, very banged up, stains all over the back seat. A few miles down the road after finally leaving the lot, my tire pressure begins to beep. My front right tire is down to 26 psi, but I also noticed two of the other tires were inflated to 49 and 51. This is way above the recommended 36 psi for this car. I put air in the tire only to have to put more in the next day. All the while, I was calling ace to find out what I should do. No one answered and no one returned messages for three days. I brought the car to a tire shop as I was outside of Orlando about an hour and they filled and adjusted all the tires pressure. Finally back in Orlando we went back back to Ace. After another lengthy wait, the guy gave us up with another car. I tired to add my husband as a driver because he had just flown in and was told it would be an additional $137. Hard pass. They put us in another Hyundai Ionic. This one had completely bald front tires with one of the tires having a large knick in the rubber. We have two young children and this car was also not road worthy. We requested another car. The Nissan Sentra was in much better shape but whatever wax they use on the cars make it very hard to see through the window if there was any morning dew. If you need any help or have any questions on the lot, forget it because no one speaks English and even if they do are extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend at all.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and take us to the rental car place. We ended up having to pay a cab driver to take us to the rental car place. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the declarations page from my auto insurance company in order to decline the rental car insurance. It added stress to an already stressful process😒

Awful experience. Upon arrival in Orlando airport, there was no pick up instructions on my confirmation email, the phone givem for their HQ didnt connect and after navigating through their website, I found a local office number. I called and was asked for my name and confirmation number, the employee verified me before sending the shuttle. When the shuttle dropped me at the Nextcar address, i walked in to the open counter and was told that my reservation had been cancelled because I was more than 1 hour beyond my reservation start time. I had to call an Uber XL for wife, two infants, teo car seats (9 pieces of luggage total) back to the airport and make a reservation with an airport based renral company. Avoid using Nextcar at all costs.

Avoid this company (in Orlando). It’s a bait and switch, they advertise low rates but when you get there, you have to prove you have rental car insurance elsewhere, otherwise they charge you a lot for car rental insurance plus charge you to get unlimited tolls” with their toll pass. Then, they inspect every inch of the car when you return (probably to try to get more money for damage). They are also located far away from the main car rental areas in Orlando airport - so add on another hour to your travels. I will never use them again!

This was the worst experience dealing with a business. They were dishonest, causing us to have to pay to upgrade $250.00 more on the vehicle. There was another 1.5 hr waiting for the upgraded vehicle to come up. We were given a very large Chevy Tahoe. ( we wanted a camry). The upgrade was suppose to be a Pathfinder. We were told they were removing a stain from the trunk.( for an hour) We demanded to see the Manager. He did come out. We explained how upset and unfair being forced to take the upgrade. He agreed to contact us on Monday. I was contacted by a service company and after much discussing was agreed that we would get $148.00 of the total cost. There were many unhappy customers there with us.

Car was super clean. Paperwork process and extra fees were a bit much.

They terrible, terrible company, when you rent from a third party company like Kayak you do not know that you need to bring your full vehicle insurance declaration papers otherwise you must buy their insurance at approximately $35 dollars a day, in addition they charge12.50 a day for the Sun Pass. Sun Pass is Florida's answer to E-Zee pass of NY which the State of Florida accepts. The staff was rude, I had to wait over 35 minutes for the buss to take me to their site, in addition there were not enough seats for all the customers, some families had to sit on each others lap to get to the car rental building. The renting process was long I also had to wait 30 minutes after completing my rental to get the car, the outdoor staff were too busy joking amongst themselves to be bothered to get my car, I finally had to go inside to confront the staff to get them to do their job, 5 minutes later I had my car. NOT WORTH THE AGGRIVATION THEY PUT YOU THRU.

My car rental was supposed to be $42 and ended up being charged $238 for a rental I had for 50 hours.

Flight was delayed and got to the car rental place about 2 and a half hours after our original booking time. They told us that they have given the car away since we came in 2 hours after our original booking. Told us that the only thing that they had available now was a full size SUV that was about $350 more expensive than our originally quoted price. Took a look online and they had cars available that were actually cheaper than our original booking. Took this info to the front desk person, but said that Kayak is not always accurate with what they have available. In the end we decided that this place was a scam. We walked out and decided to just Uber around the city, which was cheaper than the new car they tried to push on us. The only positive was that the cancellations were free. Do yourself a favor and get a rental from a big name, reputable business.

Hidden fees from the overall price to the overall cost from very reasonable to more-expensive-than-hertz. Husband couldn't pick up our rental because it was in my name (I was unavailable for pickup) so they canceled our reservation and could *only* make a new one with a larger/more expensive vehicle. If I would have known this would happen, I would have just gotten a rental from a company right *at* the airport and not needed to worry about taking one additional shuttle to and from the airport.

interior of windows were not very clean. Tire Problem warning light was on the whole time. Steering pulled a little to the right and breaks sounded like they were near the point of needing replaced.

Do Not Rent A Car From This Company! I arrived only to find that my reservation had been cancelled and I had no rental car. I attempted to call and use WhatsApp to message Easirent per the instructions on the email confirmation. The number they provided was not in service. The pickup location is listed as Orlando International Airport; however, it is actually offsite from the airport. Looking back at my credit card statement shows that I was charged at the time of booking. I’m still trying to get a refund.

The airport shuttle to the car rental facility took nearly an hour to arrive. When I finally got to the facility, there was over an hour wait to pick up my car. I was afraid I would miss my meeting, so I left in an Uber. I never got my car.

I did not like the hidden costs. It seemed to be a really good offer, in the end, it was a bad one. When you are there, ready for pick-off, you have to take whatever it costs.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM EASIRENT! And shame on you Kayak for doing business with a corrupt, lying, insensitive, unprofessional, rip-off of a company. We did absolutely nothing wrong by reserving a car through Kayak and then uplading all of our documents for an easy and smooth check in process at Easirent and let me tell you this is so they can try and deny your insurance card and tell you that you must provide you insurance declarations page or you must purchase their highly outrageous insurance as yours is not acceptable. NEVER EVER EVER EVER have I had a car rental company tell me I have to produce my insurance declarations page or purchase their insurance when my insurance card was previously uploaded to their website. This is/was a complete scam and when I mentioned that to the attendant he refused us a car, threw us out of the building going on 10:00pm at night and told us to take our asses back to the airport....in which we had to get an Uber as we were in the middle of an area we were extremely unfamiliar with and late at night. This was very unsafe for us. Kayak YOU need to do better, this is absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER reserve another car through this service(Kayak). Again SHAME ON YOU. We immediately called our credit card company from the parking lot while waiting on our Uber to dispute any/all charges from Easirent. Good Luck to whomever reads this and take note of the Scam Easirent is pulling on their customers. If you do rent from them, take your insurance portfolio along for the ride or no ride (pun intended).

We left after coming to a filthy busy terminal with a wait of > 45 minutes based on the sign in sheet.

Run away.

We were a couple hours late due to flight delays. We called the company to let them know but couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. We left a voicemail letting them know of our arrival. When we arrived after a long shuttle wait, we were told that they gave the car to someone else. They told several other couples the same thing. We overheard the workers at the counter say this to the other customers that arrived late with us. They offered a car that was $400 more than what we already paid for the rental. Buyer beware, if you're late to pick up the car for any legitimate reason, they'll likely tell you the same thing and then try to get you to pay a lot more than what you've paid. Shady!

Always good with National, which is why I switched from Hertz Gold to National’s Emmerald Club

Poor pickup. Website indicated pickup at or near airport. Car was 35 miles away.

It was all good.

The car was excellent - clean, comfortable, efficient and ran well. The lady at the desk was nice and also helpful. The man who brought us the car was very slow even though there were many people waiting at 2am. The lady who checked the car back in was quick and efficient, though. Getting to the location (outside the airport) was inconvenient, and everyone had to wait a long time to get their vehicles (again, it was 2am and speed was of the essence). The information we received was confusing and unclear. There were at least three companies involved (York, QEEQ, and One Switch), so it was hard to know who we were dealing with. Apparently the car insurance had to be purchased ahead of time to avoid being WAY more expensive, but that wasn't obvious in the slough of information we received in the emails.

This company is a total rip off. Your site quotes a price and you must prepay in full. They claim you paid a lesser amount and the add a ton of so called must have to use their vehicles. So you pay more in the end and should went the bigger rental companies who are above board. These guys are nothing but scammers. Every person that went to pick up a vehicle was screaming at them saying what is the actual total i am being charged and some were literally losing their mind when they were given the amount.

This rental is a bit scetchy. Very unorganized and not people friendly. The radio was not functioning properly and the car was damaged at pick up. It was clean. Read the fine print regarding insurance! They only accept certain companies if you provide your own. Overall, I would look elsewhere for my next trip to Florida.

Didn’t realize pick up location wasn’t at airport. Difficult getting to pick up area to get car. Car had less than a quarter tank of gas when picked up.

The worst experience I've ever had. I am disputing my charges. I am still waiting for a detailed receipt. The amount is higher than I was told when I rented the car. Car was all banged up. No flap door to the guess tank. No choice of the car I requested. This was in orlando.

Upon arrival, I had to wait a long time for a shuttle to arrive at the airport (20+ minutes). On the return trip, the shuttle driver did not inform me that I would be dropped off on the wrong side of the airport, so we had to walk across the busy terminal to be able to check in at our location. The lady I spoke with when I checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Very difficult to find since it's inside another business.

I reserved a vehicle and paid $44 dollars and was going to pay the balance at pick up time. Got to the airport and called to see about picking up the car. They asked if I had booked through a third party and I told them yes. They said they didn’t have any cars available due to third party websites overbooking. They said they would cancel my reservation and hopefully I could find another car rental at the airport. We needed to get to Daytona from Orlando, about an hour drive. We were frantically looking for a rental in the airport and they kept telling us they had no cars! It was getting late and we were panicking. We finally found a car through Syxt but had to pay double of what we had expected and got a smaller car than what we had reserved. I will never use KAYAK to search for rental cars. It was my first and last time.

The shuttle service is very slow. The pickup process took forever . Would never recommend this company if you looking for a smooth experience.

We like the good advice given on toll fees and car insurance. The rental company advised we would receive the rental documents by email upon taking the vehicle and the final invoice would be emailed following the return of the vehicle but no emails were received.

Great car for a fair price.

This was an AWFUL place to rent a car from, and I will try to get anyone I know to avoid this place. The shuttle took forever to arrive, and their "advertisement" that it is their shuttle is a small decal on the passenger/driver door, which is easy to miss. They do not have anyone that will answer the phone at the facility, and I was told all calls are sent to a service that has people at home answering the phones. The woman who checked me in was rude and short, and when I went back to tell her about the condition of my first car, she started speaking to me through another person, instead of me directly. My first car had the maintenance oil and filter light on, the maintenance tire light on, and the engine light was on. The second car that I received sounded like it had an engine from a boat on it, and also sounded like we were dragging 1000 pounds of weights behind us. Upon dropping the car off, I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked out(which I returned the car two days prior to the time I had reserved it), and there was ONE person checking people in/out and driving the returns to the back. Just an unbelievably horrible business to be renting cars in a place as busy as Orlando. Horrible.

You accept only few insurance company, because of that i have to pay a high price for an insurance at the counter.

Plane was 3hrd late no car

When we got there they told us our insurance wasn't good enough to rent the car we had already paid for online and they charged us double. Do not come here. Very predatory behavior.

Good one, the car was cleaned. Bad things 1) Unexplained additional Charles when picking up the var. 2) Car delivered dented, with severas scratches and parts almost falling off. 3) My wife's suiticase was broken on the return transfer to the airport. In short, the worst experience ever, so I don't recommend to anyone!

Car was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was close to the airport. I appreciated the texting option to communicate with the company. Shuttle to airport worked well although took about 25-30 mins each way. Main thing that could have been improved upon was that there was no information through the 3rd party wesbsite we booked it through about additional fees like insurance, tolls, additional driver, etc. The link in the email confirmation didn't work. So unable to shop around to pick the company to book with, just had to find out in person how much we'd actually be paying.
