After booking, when I got to the enterprise location to pick up my car. I was told there was no car for me because I was a little past my pickup time. No options were provided other than to "take a card and call us tomorrow if you still need a car". If I still need a car? Pathetic
I returned the car early and still got charged the full rate. The only reason I us d them , is cause everyone else was booked and it was a emergency. It was $350 more than everyone else. If it wasn't a emergency , I wouldn't have even used them. I will never use them again. The lady at the pickup was very friendly and helpful, but that doesn't make you for the rest of the service.

I booked a car rental BMW convertible, made a payment through the kayak application, came to pick up the car and it was not available, I was offered to change it for an Audi convertible, which was $70 more expensive and I had to agree to a replacement. when I received the audi car, it had a lot of damage on the left passenger side, upon completion of the lease, one of the scratches that existed when receiving the car was tried to be pinned on me. be careful and make detailed video and photo fixation of the car
