Pros:Staff was great! I've rented cars in several locations recently and they were the best. Car was nice, but there was some stuff (hair clips, a lighter and a bottle of clear fluid) left in the car.Cons:The Easy Pass could have stuck to the windscreen better. It feel off while driving several times and left me feeling around for it because I needed it.Reviewed 27 Feb 2019

Car Not AvailablePros:Got "upgraded" for freeCons:I reserved a small car because I was going to drive 3 hours from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC. When I picked up the car all they had left was a Suburban. Not the end of the world, I can still drive the big truck, but made parking next to impossible, and cost me at least double to pay for the gas used on my 3 hour drive.Reviewed 20 Mar 2017
