Pros: From the moment we pulled up at the hotel the staff were friendly, gracious and welcoming. We were traveling for a kids event, so we were a little scruffy - not the usual high end business traveler but it didn't seem to matter. The staff didn't bat an eye when we showed up with our dog - they have a goody bag for dogs and the doorman pointed out a park nearby for easy walks. We adjusted our room cleaning time because of the dog in the room, and housekeeping made sure that they were able to follow through with our requests until it was complete. I really liked the text messages checking to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff seemed very proud of the hotel - and they should be. It is a beautiful place and we felt like we were truly pampered!

Cons: I stayed in the old part of the hotel. It wasn't my cup of tea, however the ambiance and warmth made up for it. (The sink (stopper had crud surrounding it) and tub surround( soap scum) weren't the cleanest.)

Cons: We were unable to really move around the lobby due to so many people so we ended up getting a sandwich and water for a light dinner. I did not expect to pay $33.00 for a cold sandwich. The breakfast in the Club was cold and not tasteful.

Cons: The pillows deflated so your head was resting basically on the mattress, the bathroom was awkward and narrow, and the elevators lurched excessively. We felt like the room wasn't worth what we paid for it, and we even avoided the add on of $23/day parking.

Cons: When booking.com gave me the option to communicate with the hotel, I tried to make arrangements to check in early. I never heard back and had to just hope it would work out for our plans. Also parking was very expensive for a Wisconsin city and given we already paid for a hotel, it seemed like an unnecessary added expense. Especially if a lot of people don't use it, or use it only for a day without staying at the hotel.

Cons: The room given had a bathroom so small one had to go outside to change, door wouldn't open all the way as it hit the shower bar. The room was hot , very hot with no way to cool it down. Opened window but the 4 didn't help.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and our breakfast was very good. It is a great location with a large variety of things to do very near by. The parking garage attached to the hotel was an added bonus, very easily accessible.
Cons: The heating system in our room(764) was quite loud. I had the fan running all the time since it was so warm in the room but maybe I should have turned on the AC. Someone in the group we were with found the hotel, had I been doing the search I wouldn't have found your hotel because my search is always queen size beds.

Cons: No pool. Room had 2 double beds instead of Queens. TV was only 32" and room had no fridge or microwave. Parking was $28, but it at least had in/out privileges which was a plus.

The checking out process needs some help - I haven't had to physically check out at the front desk in years, unless I wanted to. Usually there is a receipt under your door the day of checkout.

Cons: On arrival the staff were nice but there was nothing that impressed me. No welcome...no details. There was no mention of the $30 valet parking. That part was confusing. We pulled up. Someone meet us at the car. I went inside to check in while my husband got our bag. The valet didn't mention rate and told my husband it was charged to the room and the person who checked me in didn't mention it to me at all. So we were confused and didn't even know what the cost was. That being said, it was convenient. Had it been disclosed it would have been a much better experience.

Cons: The rooms are absolutely terrible. I had to be moved twice and it fixed nothing. My bed was so hard I couldn't actually sleep and supposedly I had an executive suite. Worst stay do NOT stay here, I will never go back nor advise please to stay there

Cons: There was a VERY strong odor of floral air freshener in the hallway that seeped into the room. It was almost nauseating. There were ice machines on only two floors, and one of them was out of order.

Cons: The hotel smelled musty and it definitely needs updated to meet its 4 star rating. It was expensive for what it was. We were wishing we had paid the little bit extra to stay at the Pfister.

Cons: Bathroom could use more shelves, hooks, black out curtains torn and not working correctly. Heating and air not the best hard to control and air flow needs looked at. Restaurant room service trays let in hall way to long. Reservations said there were slippers there were none except to purchase, for the amount charged for room they should be included.

Cons: Hot water took a long time to get to the room on the fifth floor. Cleaning staff did not see the coffee maker had been used. Not a huge issue, just annoying. I m recommending this hotel because of the location and the quirkinesses.

Cons: Pay a little more and stay at a nicer hotel. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel/rooms are outdated. The hallways and room had a funky smell. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Tub paint was chipping and it had mold. Just a terrible hotel.

Cons: outdated. I did not like the bodysoap/shampoo, but they did have a small bottle of conditioner. The hair dryer was like a small child was blowing in my face. But these things I could have packed if I was picky. For one night, I survived.

Pulled bedding down to sleep and found sock fuze in between the sheets needed four towels could get them till morning couldn’t find maid service so we shared towel room must not of been cleaned or vacuumed
