Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions like Marquette University and the Brewers stadium, and its unique historic Art Deco charm. The shuttle service was frequently highlighted as a major plus. Some guests appreciated the value for price and the comfortable, spacious rooms. However, several reviews noted issues with amenities such as empty soap dispensers, lack of towels, and coffee supplies, as well as occasional concerns about cleanliness and safety. Power outages and parking fees were also mentioned as drawbacks, but overall, the positive aspects of service and atmosphere stood out.

Pros (+) Rooms are really spacious, clean, comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Front desk staff and bartenders in lounge were great.
Cons (-) The parking garage is a hassle. We had problems with the machine getting in and out. We also weren't able to take the free shuttle because we got skipped in line twice, but it wasSt Patty's Day and shenanigans will happen.

Pros (+) Excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop, great fitness room with machines and free weights (thanks for those) and the friendliest and most competent staff you'll find anywhere. Great place!

Pros (+) Rooms were very spacious.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included. Gave lame reasons not to provide breakfast. Left side of the building was leaking. No pools. Will never visit nor let friends visit here.
