Pros:Rooms are really spacious, clean, comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Front desk staff and bartenders in lounge were great.
Cons:The parking garage is a hassle. We had problems with the machine getting in and out. We also weren't able to take the free shuttle because we got skipped in line twice, but it wasSt Patty's Day and shenanigans will happen.
Pros:Excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop, great fitness room with machines and free weights (thanks for those) and the friendliest and most competent staff you'll find anywhere. Great place!
Pros:Rooms were very spacious.
Cons:Breakfast was not included. Gave lame reasons not to provide breakfast. Left side of the building was leaking. No pools. Will never visit nor let friends visit here.

Cons:The location was in the bad part of town Front desk staff was rude The check-in was a hastle since there are two ambassador hotels across the street from one another Room key didn't work first night coming back in to hotel Shuttle van was a cargo van with squealing brakes
Pros:Nice rooms, spacious and well arranged. I'm guessing they never move the furniture at all when they clean because there was all sorts of trash and food under the couch an TV stand. Soft beds, lots of pillows.
Pros:The room and bathroom were very large
Cons:Overall, the hotel seems a little shabby. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty and sticky. One of the elevators wasn't working upon check-out, so after waiting 10 minutes or so for the other one, I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. It seems expensive for what feels more like a motel than a hotel.
Cons:Dirty old hotel. No vending machines, unhelpful staff. The area around the hotel was not in the best location.

Pros:Beautifully restored Art Deco hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Room very large. Free shuttle to any location downtown which was convenient. Great proximity to Marquette University.
Pros:Beautiful interior, non-homogenized aesthetic, helpful staff, great central location, tasty food on site and a complimentary shuttle available for those working in the area.
Cons:Neighbors could be easily heard at times, but it is an older hotel so that kind of comes with the territory.
