Beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Also the valet guys were very friendly and got our car very quickly!!!
Room was good size, beds were comfortable.
At times, need the ability to quickly go in and out of hotel. Difficult to do with car and often had to wait longer than a few minutes to get the car back from valet.
Nice large screen televisions.
Housekeeping was loud and rude. Facility was clean but smelled like cleaning fluid everywhere. Cheaply appointed and harsh lighting. Location was horrible. Surrounded by homeless people and nowhere near a decent restaurant. How this hotel ever got a decent rating is beyond me. Have also complained directly to Hilton.
Location was near the convention center. Staff and valet's were incredibly friendly. Complimentary water and cookie were awesome touches. I also had some problems with the temperature and maintainence responded immediately.
The room was a little dry. The solution was to turn off the heat and open the window. I forgot to do that though and woke up with a very dry throat.
