Poor ventilation in casino
Rude staff snd dirty room, also rooms extremely expensive at $330 that night
Nice rooms, very quiet, but smoky in casino
Nice clean room staff is exceptionally well-trained and friendly Food was very good at two of the restaurants I was able to dine at the catered meals were good, maybe a little better than average, although the waitstaff could have been a little more attentive to clearing plates of finished diners.
Although you can tell they have great smoke cleaners, the amount of smoke encountered in the casino is still noticeable, and the only way to the restaurants is through the casino! The checking out process needs some help - I haven't had to physically check out at the front desk in years, unless I wanted to. Usually there is a receipt under your door the day of checkout.
