Although Kemah doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), which is located 27 km from Kemah.


Amtrak is the most popular train carrier serving Kemah, followed by AccesRail. The train journey from Kemah to Lake Charles takes 4h 23m and costs around $39 for a one-way ticket. When coming by train from San Antonio, expect to pay about $52 for a 4h 45m trip.
