7 hour delay poorly handled by airline

There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.

Pros: thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)
Cons: there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. Overview of Brussels Airlines
Headquartered in Belgium and known for being one of the country’s largest airline, Brussels Airlines services flights to over 120 destinations that can be found throughout Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa.
