The flight was canceled so it’s stupid to send me this now !!!!!
Missed connecting train since flight was late into Zurich and I had to stay at airport hotel because of it as well as I had to repurchase train ticket
Hi. You canceled my trip and now you are asking me for review? Check my trip record and you will have my review. Call your customer service and you will have the answer. This was the worst experience in my life. Sorry for you.
Pros: Great crew. I had 3 seats for myself.
Cons: Selection of music entertainment.
Pros: Swiss doesn't"t always have comfortable planes but this one was super comfortable
Pros: Not much
Cons: During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing.
Pros: The crew was super friendly and attentive. Best in flight service I have received in a long time.
Cons: The plane doesn't have usb ports to charge the phones, and as there are no screens or anything else, make sure you bring your battery pack.
Cons: Very well executed.
Cons: Flight was completely full and certain passengers were belligerent about wearing face masks. The cabin crew did not enforce mask wearing, stating “we are not the police”
Pros: Flight was cancelled. Kayak did not notify us. We found out by accident. There was no customer service from kayak. We had to solve with with the airline
Pros: Nothing. There was no flight. The flight was cancelled and you did not notify us. We found it out ourselves by accident. We tried to contact you guys but we could not call or anything other. You guys suck
Cons: Notify your customers when the flight is cancelled. Thats the least you can do. Very unprofessional
Cons: Our stewardess was not the friendliest!
Pros: Yes
Cons: 0
Cons: There was no food ...
Pros: it was ok.
Cons: Crew allowed passengers in with no masks. Why do they write a boarding time on a pass? They started 15 min later. Then, "be fast, be fast, we are behind". Plane departed 20 min late.
Cons: Reckless and inconsiderate airline. The only carrier refusing to modify travel due to Covid-19 pandemic
Pros: Everything was comfortable.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Pros: Not one thing about my experience.
Cons: The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!
Pros: N/A
Cons: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.
Pros: flight itself
Cons: delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!
Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Not piling up people like sardines in a can.
Pros: Nice crew and prompt service
Cons: Crammed, narrow seats
Pros: Great crew & good complimentary food
Cons: More seat pitch
Pros: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate
Cons: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice
Cons: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.
Pros: The crew were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd love to fly with them all the time
Cons: The business class seat felt a bit claustrophobic when in lie flat mode
Cons: Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Pros: All was Good, no special negatives.
Cons: Not worth my time to comment.
Pros: Excelente atención, bebidas y comida durante toco el viaje
Cons: Todo bien
