Cons: Noise on ally outside my room

Cons: I only have one complaint. The parking garage was 2 blocks away. I felt guilty asking the valet to get the car when I had forgot a few things out of it. So I went without. Also, the $27 a night was a bit much plus tipping. But, the weather was freezing, so okay... Well worth it, I guess. Problem with Priceline... Don't book to early, watch for price changes. I could of saved over $100 if I would of waited or even Just booked through hotel. ( live and learn ) I frequent Indy often, this was my first visit to this hotel. But, I will return. Location is AMAZING. And...now I know true price. You'll not be sorry. The rating for this hotel is way to low.

Cons: We woke up about 1pm to the sound of the music from the bar located next door. This went on until 3am when the bar eventually closed.

Cons: I discovered after my checkout that the Valet Parking fee was $57 overnight. A valet parking fee of $30-$40 would be reasonable-to-high, but paying an additional $57 to park your car overnight at a hotel that is certainly not a Ritz Carlton (and had NO option for room service, snacks, beverages, or any food at all after 10PM) is a ridiculous overcharge. Was never mentioned by the Valet Staff nor the guest check-in staff, or I would have simply self-parked.

Cons: The room service food was absolutely terrible and it took over 45 minutes to "cook" and bring up to our room. Over priced for bad, cheaply made food

Cons: The hotel was very busy and a bit chaotic. The parking garage was full so we had to finding parking elsewhere.

Cons: My room was located next to a hospitality room where young people were talking very loud on a Sunday early morning. We were awaken at 5 am due to noisy neighbors.

Cons: We had very poor service in the lounge on Friday night. The waitress was not friendly and offended 2 of our guests who left as a result of her offensive comments.

Cons: Long waits for elevators, especially at night. Ice only available on 2nd floor. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Wi-fi and parking rates very expensive.

Cons: Pillows weren't great. Bathroom was OK not great. Room felt ok but not overly nice.

Cons: King size bed, while comfortable, needs to be "pillow top" as it is hard, even for a 270lbs man, to enjoy a restful night sleep. These should be standard in your concierge floor. Paying $31.00 for parking. The location does not permit parking on the street. This reservation was at rack rate.... Wi-Fi access, was "free" in the concierge lounge, but a $12.00 charge when in the room. Not too logical.

Cons: For having 12 elevators they were slow and stopped at every floor instead of alternating . Floors of elevators were filthy.

Cons: Rooms could have been more clean... especially with the times. Parking was an issue, halfway through our trip the garage was full, and stayed full. We were given a parking refund.

Cons: I paid extra for the "City View" only to be put at the back of the hotel. Also, our room was right beside the elevator. The elevator made a high pitched squeak every time it moved. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary at the noise was annoying and kept waking us up.

Cons: I was charged 34 dollars to park in the connected garage, but was not told that it cost anything.

Cons: Staff was very busy that weekend. Hotel seemed a bit understaffed. Not as friendly/helpful as I would have expected.

Cons: This hotel was a bit expensive (but was nice) and there wasn't a shuttle to and from the airport. The cab fare was about $30 plus tip.

Cons: Breakfast not included and was expensive if you wanted to order it.

Cons: Light fixture in bathroom burnt out. Bottom dresser drawer kept opening creating tripping hazard.

Cons: We had a full day planned in Indy on Saturday but after we had to evacuate all three of our rooms at 5:30 on the 11th floor because water was rushing through the halls. I had reserved room 1111, 1128 and 1134 for a business/pleasure trip with co workers but it definitely came to an abrupt halt at 5;30 am. I inquired about some kind of credit with Hotel Clerk and CS at Hotel.com but got no resolution or acceptable compensation for this debacle. I know it was outside the control of many but our plan was significantly inconvenienced by this occurrence.

Cons: Had to pay to park...I guess that is expected in the city though. Hotel was great though!

Cons: there was construction on my floor but it had no impact on me.

Cons: Heat did not work in our room. Brr!! Would only go up to 62 degrees.

Cons: Paying for wifi, paying for parking, noisy neighbors. This is trivial, but it mattered to me: the paper coffee cup they provide in the room leaked on my white shirt while I was in a meeting.

Cons: Paying 30 dollars a day to park in the hotel garage.

Cons: We had requested a room opposite to the trains and our room was very close to the loud trains that rolled through all night. We won't risk a nights sleep by not getting our request filled next time.

Cons: The staff need to take more ownership. I understand that COVID is got all of us stir crazy but allowing guest to be in the lobby and in public space until 130-2am talking loud is just for the birds especially allowing the kids to be as loud as they are

Cons: The bar area was set up with too many tvs, so group conversation was limited.

Cons: Room was a bit small and the bathroom was really small

Cons: Asked for a king bed when made my reservation(a coupke weeks in advance) but told when i arrived only doubles were available

Cons: It's an old building and there were two issues that arose from that - 1, The elevators were in repair during my three night stay, necessitating either a long wait or a long walk to the opposite wing. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Also, 2. the hot water took so long to come on in the shower I wondered if I had even used the handle correctly. It was very slow...but the building is older than dirt, so whattaya gonna do?

Cons: Rooms were very small, coffee maker disgusting along with staircases and ice machine.

Cons: the bathroom was nicely done but a bit cramped; the bed was too soft

Cons: The room was a bit smaller than what I expected, the bathroom was small as well for a regular room with king sized bed. Otherwise, no qualms.

Cons: It's on the pricey for a Resident Inn and they now charge for parking.

Cons: Bar on 2nd floor much too small. Stayed on Club Floor. Not impressed with club bar (bar not open after game).

Cons: No rooftop access.

Cons: We were given the keys to an occupied room, which turned out to be an NFL player, then left in the hallway for an hour while the hotel tried to figure out where to put us. They told us the hotel was empty from New Year's Eve the night before but seemed to have booked the only two customers to the same suite! No apologies whatsoever from the manager of the hotel after the hour and a half inconvenience of looking at three rooms before finally getting to what we paid for. We were given a credit to the hotel restaurant and when we tried to use it the bartender told us to pay the tab and the front desk would reimburse us the next day. Thought it was weird but had somewhere to be so I paid the tab. Needless to say, we didn't get a dime back of the "credit" we were supposed to receive, instead we spent $70 on a restaurant we weren't planning to go to. The customer service we experienced for a Westin was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for all the issues. Will never stay here again.

Cons: Booked hotel stay through bookings.com. Very inflexible and I did not get a great rate compared the the others I traveled with. I will not use that service again. I was not allowed early check in due the the fact my reversation was through bookings.com. I suggest to keep the reputation to its high standards you stop allowing reservations to be made with with service
