Pros: Everything. Location was amazing. The suite style room was nice. It wasn't lush as I'm accustomed to. Yet, I couldn't of asked for a friendlier staff and the housekeeping was worth more than money could buy. The hotel even had an officer in lobby during the late hours. Which was comforting.
Cons: I only have one complaint. The parking garage was 2 blocks away. I felt guilty asking the valet to get the car when I had forgot a few things out of it. So I went without. Also, the $27 a night was a bit much plus tipping. But, the weather was freezing, so okay... Well worth it, I guess. Problem with Priceline... Don't book to early, watch for price changes. I could of saved over $100 if I would of waited or even Just booked through hotel. ( live and learn ) I frequent Indy often, this was my first visit to this hotel. But, I will return. Location is AMAZING. And...now I know true price. You'll not be sorry. The rating for this hotel is way to low.

Cons: My room was located next to a hospitality room where young people were talking very loud on a Sunday early morning. We were awaken at 5 am due to noisy neighbors.

Pros: The hotel was clean and nice.
Cons: I discovered after my checkout that the Valet Parking fee was $57 overnight. A valet parking fee of $30-$40 would be reasonable-to-high, but paying an additional $57 to park your car overnight at a hotel that is certainly not a Ritz Carlton (and had NO option for room service, snacks, beverages, or any food at all after 10PM) is a ridiculous overcharge. Was never mentioned by the Valet Staff nor the guest check-in staff, or I would have simply self-parked.
Good
7.3
Pros: well located, modern, clean, efficient staff.
Cons: King size bed, while comfortable, needs to be "pillow top" as it is hard, even for a 270lbs man, to enjoy a restful night sleep. These should be standard in your concierge floor. Paying $31.00 for parking. The location does not permit parking on the street. This reservation was at rack rate.... Wi-Fi access, was "free" in the concierge lounge, but a $12.00 charge when in the room. Not too logical.

Cons: Rooms could have been more clean... especially with the times. Parking was an issue, halfway through our trip the garage was full, and stayed full. We were given a parking refund.

Pros: the hotel decor and staff were great.
Cons: I paid extra for the "City View" only to be put at the back of the hotel. Also, our room was right beside the elevator. The elevator made a high pitched squeak every time it moved. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary at the noise was annoying and kept waking us up.

Pros: For the price, the TV was freezing during the program and would shut down without warning. The staff arrived quickly and was able to correct within 15min but by that time the program was no longer available the room was cold, and the thermostat wasn't working properly The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the toilet seat was loose and not replaced

Pros: The art and design elements are excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating to guests. The popcorn and hummus at Platt 99 (bar) was good. Nice Gin selection too.
Cons: The first suite room I was given it had a strong mildew smell. The second room did too but just not as much so I didn't say anything. There was a water mark on the bathroom ceiling. (note: spoke with an Indy friend that was recently down there using a conference room during a heavy rain and water was coming near the windows. No doubt there's a water leak issue). The bed sheets had a tear in it and I ran out of toilet paper since the roll was low and they didn't leave a spare. The "mixology" bar is lacking the "-ology." The bartender hasn't studied much as she mixed my Tom Collins with Sprite. Just a notch above using sour mix. Went with just Gin and Tonic on the second round and got upcharged for Q Tonic. So, they hit it on the surface but miss on execution of product. The good news is it's easily correctable and I hope they do because this is a nice addition to Indianapolis.

Cons: The soup came warm but didn't come with a spoon. The salad came warm (vs cold) and didn't come with any dressing on the salad or on the side, also did not include the ingredients as listed on the menu. The pasta came warm but did not have the ingredients as listed on the menu, was just pasta and onions, basically inedible. Beer and white wine were not served cold, everything was room temp. I will say it was a Holiday so they were likely understaffed in the kitchen, but when you are a boutique hotel open for business with no restaurants or bars open, and left with only room service to offer charging full price it should at least meet the menu ingredient expectations. Otherwise call the guest and make another recommendation for available food options.

Pros: Urban feel, crisp, 2 excellent bars and outdoor terrace, hip, green, upscale, quiet but not dead, very accommodating staff, close but not in the noisy center of things. The art and furnishings are the best. I saw that a Yolk breakfast restaurant was opening on the corner. That's a great breakfast place. You can take your dog, they even have a place to walk him.
Cons: Getting into or out of the parking garage seems to always be a a hassle. No pool, but sometimes that's a good thing = no noisy children. I just like to know I have the option. No rooms have tubs, but they have great showers.

Pros: Liked the white sheets, quality linens in our two queen bed room. The queen bed rooms are bigger than the king size rooms. Rooms are quiet and well laid out. Very convenient. We got 2 sets of towels each day. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Courtesy bus was great but only went two mile radius. The banquet they did for our large group was outstanding quality.
Cons: The bar area was set up with too many tvs, so group conversation was limited.

Pros: Shula's Steakhouse
Cons: The evening before checkout, I decided to go through all of my accounts and count my money (as I do every evening before going to bed). When I checked the account linked to the debit card that was used to book my room, I noticed several hundred dollars worth of charges (one of which was exactly $300 even). Altogether, I was charged approximately $800 more than what the room costs for the weekend. Such a minuscule theft for the amount of business they've now lost-all of my employees are strictly forbidden to stay at any Westin hotel for as long as I live and my friends/family members will be strongly encouraged to stay elsewhere as well.

Cons: We were given the keys to an occupied room, which turned out to be an NFL player, then left in the hallway for an hour while the hotel tried to figure out where to put us. They told us the hotel was empty from New Year's Eve the night before but seemed to have booked the only two customers to the same suite! No apologies whatsoever from the manager of the hotel after the hour and a half inconvenience of looking at three rooms before finally getting to what we paid for. We were given a credit to the hotel restaurant and when we tried to use it the bartender told us to pay the tab and the front desk would reimburse us the next day. Thought it was weird but had somewhere to be so I paid the tab. Needless to say, we didn't get a dime back of the "credit" we were supposed to receive, instead we spent $70 on a restaurant we weren't planning to go to. The customer service we experienced for a Westin was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for all the issues. Will never stay here again.

Cons: Found Bed bug in my bedding not on top of bed but under the comforter...television was too small to be seen from far side of the king size bed ....feng shui not good ....sofa perpendicular to media so only could be used to pile coats and luggage on. Heat kicked on and off incessantly and had to adjust the volume on the tv to compensate too loud or not loud enough. Pros: location, employees, fast elevators, very comfortable bed, rain type shower head, restaurant and bar in the hotel, indoor walkway to mall and other buildings.
Cons: air conditioning system wasn't working correctly while we were there. Took two calls down to get someone to come look at it. When they did come up, the fix was to run it down to 65 degrees on the thermostat to get it to cool. The system kept kicking on and off keeping my wife awake. I fixed that by turning the fan on continuous. I think they were having climate control issues all weekend. They gave us a free movie to make up for it though.

Cons: The room wasn't ready, the floor level was incorrect, and the courtesy call to tell us when our room was ready, never happened. Pros: Hotel was in a great location, lived the view, comfortable beds, lovely lobby, connectibility to convention center. Nice robe.
Cons: I disliked that the bar was open first thing in morning in restaurant. There were a group of guys still partying from the night before, they were loud and obnoxious. This took away from my quiet enjoyment. So after they couldn't seem to quite them down I complained. However they did not leave until I left. Plus it was a Sunday morning. I felt it was disrespectful and certainty not appropriate. Towels were rough.

Cons: the renovation finishes we not up to par, everything was sloppily done. our roon overlooked a nasty rooftop. we had to pay an additional $30 to park our own car on the premises after the room was over $150. Ridiculous and we expected a beautiful hotel. The whole lobby was under construction and it was embarrassing to have to bring my guest in to that.

Pros: It’s central location near the downtown mall was great. Bed was comfy and staff was helpful.
Cons: There’s a bar, maybe two, directly across the street that are extremely loud until 3 am. We were on the 7th floor and it didn’t matter. Pros: Cleanliness was very good, beds were very comfortable and the shower works great. The staff are all incredibly friendly.
Cons: No minifridge in the rooms was a real pain. Especially since my floor also didn't have an ice machine. I think every other floor is actually missing an ice machine. Parking is also very expansive and the valet wasn't the nicest guy. The breakfast isn't very good either, often it can be cold, although there is usually a lot of selection.

Cons: the hotel charged my credit card for the stay when i had already been charged by the online booking service and the hotel also charged the online booking service and i have yet to get assistance resolving the matter. i talked to two different people who have told me two different things. When i asked for a copy of my receipt they sent me a blank receipt. When i checked out, i was told the total charge to my card and then told "oh, i wasn't supposed to tell you that". They had asked me to pay again, saying my credit card was declined. When i got home, my credit card statement said otherwise.

Pros: Front desk staff was fantastic. I left my Ipad in the car that was valet parked and they retrieved it in a flash! Connor, the valet supervisor, gave excellent directions for walking to Mass Ave. and was very cordial. Room was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Would absolutely return to this hotel!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel sold my room out from under me, and when I asked to speak to a manager they called security to escort me out rather than explain why I didn't have a room after booking months in advance and driving 8 hours to get to the hotel. They didn't even have the decency to call me before hand. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the nicer nonMarriot hotels downtown. This place only cares about overbooking so they can make as much money as possible.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the curtains blocked the sun well, and the toiletries were good quality. Good location, very accessible to downtown Indianapolis.
Cons: I think someone was able to open my door with their key, fortunately I had the latch on so they weren't able to enter my room. Also, the shower door slams shut very loudly.

Pros: Most full service hotels have a very nice look from a distance but up close, are a bit dirty or have out dated bathroom fixtures. It seems like there's always some small disappointment. Pros: The decor and everything has been updated very well, but some of the elements of the building remain in disrepair - which to the credit of the Omni, they are working on. It was clean, staff were all nice, and the location was very convenient.
Cons: It's an old building and there were two issues that arose from that - 1, The elevators were in repair during my three night stay, necessitating either a long wait or a long walk to the opposite wing. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Also, 2. the hot water took so long to come on in the shower I wondered if I had even used the handle correctly. It was very slow...but the building is older than dirt, so whattaya gonna do?

Pros: Participation in Green room service - not requiring new linens, towels every day- yields $5 / day food voucher.
Cons: Need to clarify/refine misleading description of Green program . Card for hanging on doorknob says I would not have full housekeeping service. I thought that meant I would not receive fresh linens; would use the entire supply of towels (5) before resupply; and would pick up after myself. In practice, the card means no one will enter my room...a kind of permanent Do Not Disturb. No resupply of coffee. No emptying waste baskets. SOLUTION : Green program should have partial housekeeping . Save us all cost of needless laundering of towels and sheets, etc. but routinely resupply coffee and empty trash.

The Staff was attentive & courteous. I actually wish we could have stayed longer to see some of the cities history and sights.
Cons: The Room was Kind of "Pricey"........ A few minor maintenance issues could soon need tending too...... The windows were sludgy/foggy. I was told during my booking that garage parking was included, but when we arrived, there was a $25 per night parking fee.

Pros: It's a fabulous hotel for the price... The Location is close to everything. It's clean, staff very nice and will continue to stay when in town.
Cons: The bathroom in room. Please explain why the toilet is under the counter, and the lid rests on your back while going to restroom. If someone was sick... I'd hate to see that situation. Maybe it's a space issue. But... It needs fixed. The morning cleaning ladies are very loud. Woke me... Yet... At least they're doing their job.

Cons: After driving all day (about 500 miles) I got to the hotel only to be told they had overbooks rooms and that I was being bumped. I booked this hotel months in advance so that I could walk to the convention across the street. Now I have to drive 10 miles every day, get up around 5:30--6am just so I have a chance to find parking. Oh and when I asked to speak to a manager from the hotel they called security on me and my wife instead... this hotel doesn't care about its customers, only overselling their rooms. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for one do the nicer hotels in the area.

Pros: Location
Cons: Wifi was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. "Upgrading" to high speed did not top dial up speeds. Tech support was no help, "shared network" "it appears many are using it right now". Unacceptable. Really slow elevators. Waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is simply unacceptable as well. Dental floss spotted on hallway floor. Stayed there for days. Seriously? Big bug spotted on curtain and it was moving up and down. That was it, I left a day early!

Pros: Its in the middle of downtown with good access to lots of restaurants
Cons: There is not street entrance- you need to drive up a parking garage ramp to a dingy drop off area, then go up an escalator to check in. The hotel has seen better days - getting worn. My AC did not work (90 deg outside). It took two calls to maintenance, then arguing with the guy about how an AC works (properly) to finally get a new room at 9:30pm. A place to remember - remember not to stay there again.

Cons: The heating system was bad. My heat never came on. I understand all the construction, but cleanliness can still be maintained. The elevators were filthy and being used by staff, construction crew and equipment movement. The entrance from the garage was so filthy it reminded me of being in New York. First impressions are everything. I'm sure once all the renovations are complete it be be amazing again.

Pros: The only part I liked was the staff and location.
Cons: The room was cold...no heat. 2 lights were out in the room at check in...another was falling out of the ceiling. The view from our room was nice...but the window had face prints all over it n I told my daughter not to touch it. The shower had hair in it at check in. I had to ask for toilet tissue because it was not refilled during cleaning. Everytime we went to the pool we had to ask for more towels...and sometimes they weren't received before we were done swimming. I am a single mom and we were there for 4 days...the staff was very helpful...but the hotel was not at all what I expected.

Pros: Old hotel!!! The location was perfect in downtown, but the hotel was under construction, broken tile in the lobby, primer on the walls, small check in area, etc.l Worst part was their air system only does heat or AC based on the outside weather. Our room was 80 the entire weekend. Parking garage is terrible. Do not take large vehicle in garage. I would not recommend.
