Cons: The stuff at the check in told me that I can pay in the morning of the next day instead of paying when I got there, so I decided to do so, but they kept trying to take the money from my card that I have provided on booking.com and they were doing it for about 5 times during the night until they got my card into a negative balance, because they took the same payment 2 times, so I had to call the bank to get my money back

Cons: i bought a two bedroom king suite for my daughter's family of four in june and when we arrived someone else was in the suite. your management put them in a one bedroom two queen bed suite. i was not notified as to any resolution concerning price differential or an apology. your management offered two one bedroom suites but these were children traveling with a parent -- unacceptable. i am still waiting for some credit on my charge card or communication from management. i may not book with homewood again.

Cons: The bathrooms are small. Kids were running through the hallways out of control and making noise after 9pm. The water view was not very clean while on the balcony. I would have liked a more variety of fruit on the breakfast buffet. I was disappointed in the Manager's Reception. It only had chips & salsa, pretzels and cheese. I would love to see some hot horderves served.

Cons: My only complaint is the fact that there was no hot tubs. So many hotels are taking them out so many of us who travel frequently are making other accommodations such as private rentals. Many of us that travel often rather it be for business or leisure enjoy the pool for children or exercise and hot tub to relax and unwind.

Cons: Uncontrolled level of noise created by inconsiderate guests. The hotel management did nothing to mitigate this, I was there for work and had three very poor nights of sleep as a result. If I had the ability I would've moved to a different hotel.

Cons: The room location was to blame, I had to listen to loud walking, stomping down stairs all night long. The air conditioner/fan worked to help with some of the noise levels, but then you have to be ok with it blowing directly in your face all night. It just didn't make for that restful of a sleep. Pros: As I understood the description and the reviews, this motel is simply a place to spend the night and sleep. In our stay, we found it to be a quiet, clean, and very affordable place to sleep. I like that it is near a lot of retail and food.

Pros: The staff was very nice. Beds and room were comfortable. I lost my bluetooth headset in my room and informed the front desk clerk if they found it please give me a call and mail it to me. Because everybody isn't so honest these days I had already started counting it a lost. Within 2 hours of my drive back home the clerk called and informed me that they found it and will be mailing it back. I thank God for his honesty.

Pros: The staff was amazing! At 35 weeks pregnant I couldn't find an available hotel in the area until a day after I needed it. I ended up having to sleep in my car for a night but spoke to the manager about the situation and they were able to have me a room ready at around 8am instead of the typical 3pm check in time. Very nice of them and very appreciated!

Cons: Got in late after and the guy at reception put me in a room where some the the lights didn't go. Not really ideal after a 15 hour flight and a 4 hour drive from Chicago!

Cons: The room clearly was an old room, the bedskirt was torn and looked worn, the carpet had multiple stains on it and looked nasty and overall the room made me worry that things would be dirty (bed, bath) or that there would be bedbugs -- but those things I was worried about didn't happen. The most important things were clean (bed sheets, bath) but it did not feel like good value for my money.
