Pros: The shuttle service picked me up at 1:30 am. Was very easy to request and driver was extremely nice. Once there I was allowed late checkout of 2pm, which allowed me adequate sleep time. The couple we were traveling with thought they had reservations at the same hotel and as it turned out they did not. The clerk located the correct hotel checked the reservations for them and gave us directions to take them. Very kind of her. We had an early morning flight and the morning desk person really hustled to see we had something to eat before we all left. Both were very thoughtful and hada great attitude. THe hotel was also spotless. Definitely we will stay again.

Cons: Everything was fast and convenient, friendly staff. The one problem we had is that there was blood splatters on the sheets of one of the beds, and the other bed, had stains on it as well. It someone could please email me, I would like to if it gets resolved. Thank you.

Pros: This is right off 465, which is convenient for anyone traveling through Indianapolis. Staff were courteous, the room and public places clean. We traveled just as Indiana “shut down” due to COVID19, but the hotel did their best to conduct business as usual.
Cons: First, I wish hotels would stop using glass coffee pot makers in the room. I’ll never trust how they are cleaned. Please use single use type makers such as a keurig. Second, there is a nice sofa in the room, but completely hidden behind a half wall that made it impossible to see/watch TV. We had to drag the heavy sofa bed out and turn it at an angle.

From Eric greeting us at the front desk, the calls that he answered prior to our stay to answer the questions that I had, the beautiful king suite, the easy location and the gem of a staff that you have working the breakfast bar named Patti who must be an angel walking amongst us! She was handing out chocolate roses to welcome women guests and thank them for staying with your hotel, working so hard to keep the breakfast buffet filled and checking all the while to make sure that guests had what they needed. Her work ethic and personality were exemplary! We most definitley will return!!!!

Cons: I normally stay here due to the breakfast that is included. Due to the Covid 19 I realize the normal hot breakfast could not be served, but was told a "boxed breakfast" would be included. That consisted of small packages of chips, nuts and individually wrapped bagels that were hard, and no drinks included. I think it would have been better to just "kitchen closed due to Covid so I could have been prepared.

Cons: That we booked a king room and did not get it. I think there should be a way for them to not let king rooms get booked if they are out or if they are out and people keep booking them let the people who reserved them first get the king rooms. This is the 3rd time it has happened to us!!
