The car rental location was not at the airport as advertised. The rental also scams customers by providing an unreasonably low allowable milage that you then are on the hook for later. Additionally, this "Economy Rent a Car" hides its name, Carzi, so that it's not clear their poor rental practices.Reviewed 21 Sept 2026

There was a long wait to pick up the car, the customer service agent was clearly irritable and rude, the car smelled funny, the car was given to me with sand in the trunk, and I am currently fighting the company on falsely charging me for a cleaning fee. The entire rental experience was a big headache and I’m very disappointed. I would very much appreciate if my time or wrongly charge fees could be reimbursed.Reviewed 21 Sept 2026

The car broke down in a parking lot and we had no way to move it and had to get to the airport. The customer service experience was terrible. They wouldn’t answer any phone calls and just texted very unhelpful information.Reviewed 5 Sept 2026

Worst experience ever renting a car. Direction to the rental location were unclear. There was no human being to talk to or take my credit card on site. I had to pry instructions out of someone by text message as no one would answer the phone. I had to use an app to put my credit card into in order to get my rental, which I was not comfortable with. They didn't even have clear instructions on how to get the key to the car and how to get out of the parking garage, as there was no person there to tell you anything. There were no instructions for turning the car in and that process was just as ridiculous as picking it up. I parked the car at the rental place and some person just jumped in it and drove off. No verbal interaction. I will never rent from this company again. There was a couple in the lobby of the airport shuttle station, where this rental company is, having the same issues I was having. ACTUAL charges were DOUBLE what was quoted online for booking the reservation. The “pick-up” at the airport required 1.5 hours of time, i.e. 6 phone calls to the rental car office, taking a bus to the Rental Car Center, then another car shuttle to the rental car office.
