Pros: Facilities
Cons: The hotel is hard to find. Even the GPS struggled to get us there. Old world atmosphere, with some unusual and welcome additions; a bottle of whisky at the reception desk to parch the thirst and ease the frustration of locating the place. Another fun touch, a putter and play practice green in the room. It is a nice place but would I stay there again? probably not.
It's the little things that matter in a hotel and the dinning reception left us cold.
We made dinner reservations and showed up on time, appropriately dressed, only to be kept waiting while others streamed by, were welcomed, and seated. Eventually,We were placed in a back room at what must have been the worst table in the place, center stage, traffic area in a room surrounded by cozy booths. The Food and service excellent, but the second rate treatment left a bad taste.
So we move on, to a better experience somewhere else.

Pros: Great Location, walking distance to all the shops
Cons: Well firstly I availed of the nearby car park which the hotel recommended, 2mins by car 5min walk they said, it took 10mins in the car & 15/20 mins walking, we stayed in room 412 do not stay in this room as its right outside the lift the room service trolley is just outside your door plus the so called triple room 2adults 1 13yr child was on a slope the moment you walk into the room your climbing as you walk through the room the nicely decorated bathroom was only fit for 1 person, the room was cold even when I turned up the heating, the lack of plugs also my wife had to plug the tv out when using a hair straightener
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was very small with no view. The TV screen was tiny and had limited channels - no Netflix? And was difficult to navigate with the remote control. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no toothbrush and toothpaste and no robe. Also the elevator was very slow.

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff and the room was lovely and big and warm, which was great since the weather was so cold and wet during our stay.
Cons: The food and drink in the hotel is expensive and a bit disappointing, I expected more given the high cost. There's some great restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away in the city centre which are better value so it's worth taking a look at them if you are staying there.

Cons: As with most B&Bs and hotels, only one chair is provided to sit on in your room. Space is often an issue, but it would be an improvement for guest comfort (at least in room 1), as the TV is positioned high on the wall (at around 8').

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked our stay last-minute and they did their best to accommodate us and got us a cheaper rate than what we had booked. Each person that we talked to at reception gave us helpful tips for our trip and made some great recommendations!
Beds were comfortable enough.
We had a room with an ensuite, though we didn't know it was an ensuite until we were leaving...oops. We just never thought to look. The bathrooms attached to the rooms are much nicer than the public bathrooms.
Continental breakfast is offered in the mornings. I believe it was 3 or 5 euros each.

6.7 Good
Pros: The place has everything you need. The location is good. Clean. The bed was not bad but no privacy.
Cons: The male workers were quite friendly and kind but the female workers were somehow doesn’t look like they want spend their time for the customers which was a pity because that would make our impression. There was noisy people....maybe I was unlucky. Didn’t have a good sleep because of that.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have great time for all staff as they are all so pleasant and very helpful and understanding
Cons: Iv been in and out of this hostel for awhile never had anything bad to say apart from this ...I was in a 14 bed mixed dorm and in my room I got a very bad smell of weed in the dorm and was worse in the toilet I went to speak to a night porter he said he would go up to the room to see for himself he agreed he smelt it also and refuse to do anything about of they were smoking out in the smoking are that's fine but as soon as I opened the bathroom door the smell hit me as is way to strong either someone smoked in the bathroom or was carrying something on them I just taught it was unfair for me and other who were also in the dorm I just think something like this should of been looked into not pushed a side the night porter at the time was useless and was very ignorant towards me and looked like he didn't wanna help at all
9.7 Excellent
Cons:
1.0 Poor
Pros: Customer service.
Cons: The place was stinking. The stairs were badly stinking however shower rooms smelt nice however I didn’t use them. There is no room for the luggage in the room so you literally have to put your luggage on the minimum space available of the floor. Wouldn’t recommend staying there at all unless you are not bothered about the smell.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The shower in the room was freezing cold but other than that everything was OK. I enjoyed my stay overall
Cons: Cold water
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Super staff, decent price, good location, solid wifi.
Cons: No lift. Facilities and amenities are awkward or dated. You'll see what I mean.

Pros: Very close to Bus station. Friendly staff.
Cons: Internet did not work half of the time. The shower suddenly changed temperature and flux every 10 seconds on every occasion.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very central, has off street parking, wifi worked well.
Cons: My room was beside the staircase with a very thin wall, was woken several times each night by people coming and going. Interiors are a bit dated.

Pros: Toilet seat does not stay up so you have to hold it why your going to the toilet. Mattress was so hard I tossed and turned with achy hips all night. Staff excellent. Bed was such a shame.
Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable. For the price per night I have stayed often in a queen's bed with feather pillows an duvet for far less
