7.1 Good
Pros: Good location, helpful and friendly host, Nice city!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Could have done with somewhere more comfortable to sit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcoming staff. Contacted us in advance and provided extras we needed such as a kettle rather than a coffee maker. Even checked us in for our return flight. Studio more spacious then expected. Worth a return visit!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: :-)
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we got what we paid for.. a comfy place to stay near to the city.
Cons: nothing specific to say here.
9.6 Excellent

Hotel Marengo - Ajaccio - Building
2
9.0 Excellent (773 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Marengo, you'll be centrally located in Ajaccio, within a 5-minute drive of Ajaccio Cathedral and Musee Fesch.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location, 5mins from the beach and the overall classy feel and quality of fittings as well as the super-professional, helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: No point having a TV with only one English channel and the room was a little too tiny (even if the bed was good). Shame there wasn't even a kettle in the room. Breakfast (additional to the room price) was basically just quality bread and jam, so not great for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was really nice hotel in the nice place close to the beach and the lady receptionist was tres charmant and helped us with all. Merci! :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely well appointed hotel in a quieter neighborhood of Ajaccio. The rooms were very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location, and design
Cons: Too complicated check in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely decorated boutique hotel Clean rooms Friendly staff Cosy garden
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A very friendly staff, very tastefully decorated rooms. And something we particularly liked because we we usually don't like ac: the perfect air-conditioning system: no noise or chilly breeze that keeps you awake. Location is great: at walking distance from the center, but in a quiet neighborhood, with an excellent bakery around the corner. Plus a nice coffee bar next to it where they allow you to eat your croissant when you order coffee ;-) And at one minute walk from the beach (which has a very nice beach bar).
Cons: We opted for the economy room with an outside toilet, something we usually don't mind, but if you are tall we wouldn't recommend it. You will bump your head if you go there at night even though you are warned for the low ceiling. ;-)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Near by the facilities (bakery, supermarket) and the beach. Very quite hotel with a nice garden for the breakfast. Staff very smart
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is great, just 150 metres from the beach and in a very quiet street. The staff is very friendly. The room was a bit small but cosy. The breakfast was delicious and good value for money at €11.
Cons: The matress was not very comfortable. It was too soft and felt like a hammock. The toilet in the hall was ok but I was surprised when I realized this was the deal. In the info from the hotel it said room with bath and I assumed it included a toilet. My mistake.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and warming ! The terrasse was peaceful and charming with a great breakfast !

7.1 Good
Pros: Spacious room. Great view. Good location.
Cons: No fridge nor coffee in the room Amenities are cheap 3 euros for 100ml bottle water at the bar. Also extra for pool towel etc Gym is so dirty with corroded and not working equipments
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Big and comfortable room. Amazing sea view.
Cons: No kettle or fridge in the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff. Very nice location.
Cons: The restaurant was already closed, despite beginning September.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the restaurant, the staff, the room, the cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: + room was very big + pool was very nice + helpful and friendly staff + good AC
Cons: - restaurant was only at the beach, and bad times. But food was over expectations when recived. - breakfast buffé was good, but OVER PRICED - breakfast extrema was a fiasco (we ordred breda, yoghurt, fruit, bread baguette for eating early the next day. But onöy recived three slices of bread - very small, juice and three croissants. Then we revived the information that the breakfast express only included three slices of bread or three croissants/person. And we where jumping on a bus for four hours with only this in our bellies. HORRIBLE! -Beautiful beach- unfortunately we could never swim in the iceman because of the jellyfish (a lot of them). -gym wasn’t worthy to be called a gym. The electricity was unplugged on all of the machines. Very old gear. - the rooms and the doors could use some renovation. It was very worn out. -loud from the corridors -hard beds - no mini fridge in the room - the hotel is not in ajaccio but in a area called Scudo. (Good accommodation with bus from the hotel to Ajaccio center. - insanely small toilet!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pool and seafront views and the sound of the waves from the rooms.
7.9 Good
Cons: the receptionist would always bring the hosts to their room, meanwhile the other guests have to wait at the reception desk until she is back
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful and reception helped me with last minute taxi arrangement after my flight was delayed so I could enjoy the wonderful terrace a bit longer.
Cons: Maybe replace light bulbs with blue LEDs in hall to bedroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location & facilities, & ambiance .
Cons: In some small areas the paint work looked a bit tired & the toilet seat not fixed properly. Perhaps it’s time for a bit of an update on decoration. Also the system of sink plugs needs updating.
Hotel Demeure Les Mouettes - Ajaccio - Bedroom
4
8.9 Excellent (305 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Demeure Les Mouettes in Ajaccio, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Ajaccio Cathedral and Musee Fesch. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good value for the money and very tasty.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is fantastic... and thats about it. Way more expensive than the experience it offers warrants.
Cons: 1. The hotel purports to offer a fine dining experience. It is not. 2. Allowing smoking on the dining terrace. And cigars too. This is 2019 not 1919. If you want to smoke... fine... but, for pity's sake show a little more respect for diners who don't. Outdoors and a slight breeze in the wrong direction can ruin an evening. A hotel of the calibre it *pretends* to be, should understand this. 3. We had to ask to move our original table allocation due to a large party (non hotel residents) being seated across from us. The children kept distracted by tablets and 'phones with the volume turned to high on all their devices. Impossible to enjoy an evening with that level of background noise. 4. The menus are hideously over-priced, the waiting staff (for the price one is expected to pay) were slack in the extreme. 5. On our evening there, the wine waiter was so inattentive that we'd more or less finished a course before the wine (meant to be pared to the dish) arrived. 6. We're lucky enough to live in a part of (mainland) France where we are close to a number of either Michelin starred restaurants or others of a similar standard. Therefore, we do understand what fine dining is all about. Plus, its a special treat. However, no matter how they dress it up, this hotel does not offer anything near a fine dining experience. Food was fair to average, an after dinner Brandy not served in a Brandy glass? How sloppy is that. 6. Cracked tiles in the bathroom – at the prices charged, this should never be the case.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities and staff and in a great location!!!
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The private beach was perfect, the paddle boarding was amazing, other activities like snorkeling and yoga were pretty fun too.
Cons: More choice on food, more non-fish based options
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overall qualities of this hotel are excellent especially the balcony room we had selected. The fine dining restaurant is excellent. Every member of the staff team were a delight and gave great service.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, excellent location, staff, room on the 1st floor with a view very comfortable and cute! Definitely recommend!!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautifully decorated with well chosen paintings and furniture, making the ambiance quite cozy and attractive. We arrived early morning but were well received by the staff. The late check-in hour (around 15:00) came like a little lovely surprise as we were given a chamber with a sea view with the price for the one facing the mountains :-) Happy for the surprise and then came the dinner surprise: Food and service were excellent. The waitress was charming and patient, who helped us with lots of ideas with the trip the next morning....
Cons: ....Would be much more heartwarming if there was a kettle for hot water or tea, especially when everything was close during the extremely bad weather like last Monday evening with a huge thunderstorm...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat any meals at the hotel as they were expensive and we wanted to get out to see Ajaccio
Cons: cost of all extras including mini-bar

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is not bad at all, with a nice view on Ajaccio and the mountains. Also, we were somewhat in the back, further away from the street noise. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and the plates, glasses and cutlery were more than sufficient.
Cons: The view on one side, with the parking still to be arranged. Apart from that I cannot possibly think of anything ! As we were six, a 9-people apartment would have been better, but apparently they are gone so quickly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had 2 bedroom apartment it was very clean and modern. The pool was the best bit, very quite while we were there.
Cons: The cistern in the loo wasnt working correctly. Didn't have time to complain or mention it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities. Free parking and the location
Cons: The elevator was not working when we left, we had to carry down the suitcases on the stairs with no help.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Very bad location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, quiet and the pool was exceptional.
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Pros: Very good breakfast; good standard of the bedroom and bathroom of the apartment; good internet connection
Cons: Kitchenette of the apartment far below expectations (very old equipment; not well cleaned; rust on the fridge and cuttlery); service was asked to fix lightning in the kitchen (change bulb) what was not done over 4 days stay;
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean an delisciouse
6.3 Good
Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean. Relatively quiet considering the fact the hotel is close to the main street. The kitchen is properly equipped for those travelling with kids or cooking on your own.
Cons: I have mixed feelings really. The hotel isn't bad, but we did not have the view presented on the site. Majority of them must have been taken from Best Western Hotel not Residence Amiraute. The view varies so please take that into the account when booking. Also the hotel has a very strict booking policy. I had to change my dates due to work and was trying to shorten the stay for two days of which I have informed the hotel a month before I was supposed to stay there, asking if I could pay less for those days and my plea was rejected so I was somewhat disappointed and to be honest surprised as it had never happened before and I do travel quite often. I do not think the hotel is a good value for money too am afraid. As for the beach you have to travel by car (aprox 30 min in traffic, which is a daily occurrence in the city which is understandable but still not something you enjoy doing on vacation).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had an apartment for 4 people and thought it was very good - modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on an upper floor and enjoyed great views across the bay from the large balcony. There is a reasonable restaurant on site, but we ate in our apartment most of the time to save money (there's a good supermarket a few minutes walk away). The heated swimming pool was an enjoyable place to relax after sightseeing. You can catch a bus into town from outside the hotel - line 1 runs every 40 mins until about 1930. Surprisingly there is also a little railway station a few minutes walk from the hotel on the promenade at Salines - we caught a train there to Corte, fantastic scenery, fare was about 22 euros return (pay the conductor as no ticket office).
Cons: As the hotel is on the edge of town there's not much to do in the immediate area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, short drive from the airport. Located on the edge of Ajaccio 10 mins drive to the town or a 30min walk. Quiet apartment / hotel with good facility’s
Cons: Spacious and quiet, with a great view across the marina to Ajaccio.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient and with a lot of facilities. The pool is good and the staff very helpful
Cons: The hotel was fine, but I am not sure that I would want to visit Ajaccio again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: the price, the free underground garaje , the clean rooms
Cons: the mini wardrobe in the room, the breakfast coffee, kind of isolated from the city center (45 min walk to center)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We don't usually give top marks but the hotel was nice.
Cons: Queue for hot drinks for breakfast too long, we gave up.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great swimming pool, excellent breakfast
Cons: Further away from beach or city centre than I expected
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, lots of parking, spotlessly clean and fantastic accommodation - spacious, everything you would want in the apartment/suite and wonderful views of the harbour area. Service staff terribly attentive, swift to respond to any requests, discreet but cleaned immaculately.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like. If I were to be hypercritical, which I would not want to be as the accommodation was amazing, it would have been good to have a toilet in the en suite bedroom in addition to the shower and sink unit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great. They even upgraded me from deluxe room to apartment
Cons: Inside the elevator has unpleasant smell which rather no go... especially early in the morning
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The people were extremely helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: The overall experience at the hotel was absolutely fine. The place was clean, the room a good size and the staff were helpful. The area was okay, and convenient for getting to the airport.
Cons: There was a mix-up in organising a taxi to the airport when we checked out. We had asked for one to be arranged the night before and, when we asked to check that it was coming in the morning, an extra one was ordered.
Hôtel La Pinède - Ajaccio - Building

Pros: Lovely hotel with expansive room, terrace, fridge, tea & coffee, bar. Good breakfast with the option of sitting outside in the sun. Pool was good for a splash. The hotel is opposite a nice beach and a short bus ride from Îles Sanguinaires. Friendly staff.
Cons: We didn't have a car which meant we had to take a taxi from/to the airport as we had a lot of hiking/camping gear. A taxi on a meter racked up over 60 euros there, 42 euros flat fare on the way back. Cheaper to hire a car if you're going to stay here and it is a lovely hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location a bit out of town which makes it more relaxed Very nice beach across the road Great pool
Cons: All good
8.8 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Top position views from room fantastic! Very comfortable bed & large room!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - just cross the street and find a great beach to sunbathe and enjoy life. Also, nice places to grab something to eat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were a good size and the kettle and fridge were an added bonus not often found in continental hotels. Good selection at breakfast at an extra cost of 12 euros. Beautiful views from our balcony and in a nice quiet position with a good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location near the beaches and comfortably away from Ajaccio. Restaurant nearby good but the whole area quite expensive
Cons: Smallish swimming pool but well looked after
8.3 Excellent
Pros: there was a very complete and good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good choice for breakfast, comfy bed. Fridge in room kept water nice and cool. Helpful staff
Cons: Breakfast room not well organised and got congested. Shower curtain was a pain as it stuck to you. A shower screen may be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, just infront of the beautiful beach, a lots of restaurant, close to the bus stop, the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come here again.
Cons: Nothing

The hotel is approximately 17km away from Napoleon Bonaparte Airport. Famous attractions Îles Sanguinaires and Pointe de la Parata are just a short taxi ride away. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - Nice and clean property - Spacious rooms - Well equipped GYM
Cons: - Terrible slow internet connection (256/128kbs like in the late ‘90s) - A bit far from Ajaccio
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious apartment at a holiday residence that offers many useful facilities (for instance, laundry and fitness). Staff are very friendly and helped us with salt and pepper which was not provided in the kitchen of the apartment. Overall a very pleasant experience!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good value. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Each apartment has its own wifi box which was simple to connect.
Cons: It is a shame that the restaurant is only open June to August but there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place...
Cons: Something the hotel wasn't responsable for... The weather
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very very nice Lady at reception Beach and pool basically just outside the room Very quiet room even if facing the street
Cons: Bed linen a little worn out and old, no mattress cover on the sofa bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen with high quality equipment, comfort bed, sea view, big terasse, free parking. 5 minutes drive to the Marinella beach (the best one to the West from Ajaccio) and 10 minutes to the old town of Ajaccio
Cons: Wi-Fi could be faster, but it is minor during vacation. If you like to sleep with open window it can be a bit noisy in the night
7.9 Good
Pros: The bedroom living room and terrace provided plenty space with sunbeds and outdoor dining furniture, bedroom balcony had a drying rack for towels etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Separate WC and bathroom with bath and shower. Beach opposite was beautiful and great for snorkelling.
Cons: Tv only had French channels and internet was poor. Bar and restaurant were closed and looked like they had been for a while. Nearest hotel had a nice terrace restaurant but expensive. 1 km + to any other restaurants or bars. Buses did not run in evenings, taxi from Ajaccio centre cost €34. Moorea beach restaurant opposite hotel was also closed apart from a wedding on Saturday night with very loud music until 4am
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice beach close by
Cons: I have checked my booking again.I booked and paid for one apartment with two rooms. The residence gave me two apartments (their mistake). On booking out they I requested when my deposit will be repaid. They said I will not get my deposit back (no reason given). Now that I have gone through all my bookings I saw their mistake. My email shows that on the 14 May payment for 936 euros went of my credit card.On the 4 June the deposit of 295.2 euros went off which should be refunded. On the day I checked out without my permission they took another 688 euros which off my credit card which I could not figure out as I was in a rush for my flight to Paris. In short money was removed from my account based on a mistake or dilibrate mistake to take more money. At this point I am angry and will contact credit card division as soon as possible
6.7 Good
Pros: Well organized; quiet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great value for money!!!!!
Cons: Over-rated; should be a 3 star but offers great value for money. Ventilation issues (mold, odors in hallway), likely related to season (November) or limited to our floor.
7.0 Good
Pros: Large nice premises, modern equipment. Quiet place, nice swimming pool and close to beach.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Great apartment - no personell and everything is closed after 1st October. You receive a code via telephone and the key is placed in a basket in the hall. No issues with that. Reataurant is closed and now personel around. However, location is great with a great view on the sea!
7.7 Good
Pros: The apartment was fantastic with great views. We were there out of season and some facilities were not available however this was reflected in the price. Parking could be limited if the complex was full however this is normal for France. You really need a car as it is quite a trek to the town however I would highly recommend Les Sanguinaires
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: good location if you have a car since the hotel is on the beach side of ajaccio.
Cons: compared to price should be at least cleaning the rooms on a daily basis by there staff and not to make you stay for a week to offer you what is common sence..cleaning services.

Cons: Wished the pool had been open for swimming.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice terrace overlooking the bay of Ajaccio. Free parking in front of the hotel but make sure you don't arrive too late. Convenient breakfast included.
Cons: A bit far from the city centre although you can walk there in about 30 minutes
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional breakfast, friendly stuff and rooftop view!
Cons: A bit far from the city center for walking but perfect for morning run! :)
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and it was near down town
Cons: It is very noisy because it is near a road with a lot of traffic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely views from roof over Ajaccio. Charming and helpful staff and put on early included breakfast at 5am. It was only 3 mins from port so perfect location for early boat and will definitely stay again next year
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel et the view is excellent.
Cons: Facilities are very good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast - choice and quality! (apart from the coffee). The room was redone nicely - you did not feel you are in block of flats.. Cleanliness.
Cons: Kind of tough for parking (not too many parking spaces for hotel guest and parking in surroundings is not comfortable). The hotel is in the block of flats area (and partially hotel itself is converted block of flats). Lift is a size of phone-box (if they still existed:))
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room, big and clean, good breakfast, nice beach. Beautiful view from hotel terrace, comfortable for rest!
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast on the terrace.

Palazzu U Domu - Ajaccio - Building
10
8.6 Excellent (274 reviews)
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was very convenient but we left for a very early flight so didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. Sympathetic and friendly night porter loaned me his own insect bite spray.
Cons: Our fault really; we left a window open and the mosquitoes took full advantage. I spent the night sleeping on the bathroom floor because it was the only place free of them.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This little hotel was in the middle of town close to great restaurants and shopping. Nice balcony Comfortable bed
Cons: Rather soulless in common areas Breakfast poor value so ate elsewhere
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location.Staff.Size of the room
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and nice.
Cons: There was nothing in the hotel apart from the room and what seemed to be a temporary restaurant area for breakfast. No bar, even though it said there was. The cleaning was not up to scratch. We had a view of the courtyard, which was an empty courtyard apart from two tables and a few chairs that resembled the hang out area for staff on their break rather than a 4 star courtyard. Oh and the light by the bed switched on and off when it felt like it, complained, but was not fixed while there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We really like the location of this hotel-close to lots of restaurants and shops
Cons: We thought the breakfast was very overpriced
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb. The room was very cozy, we slept well. The balcony was awesome. Great views.
Cons: The walls were a little thin. You could hear people in the hallway talking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully renovated old building. Very close to port and Maison Bonaparte
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good renovation with spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms (well-lit, double sinks, mod cons etc). The rooms were kept very clean. All the staff were excellent providing good service and being very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Air-con good. Quiet and peaceful
Cons: The living/bedroom was poorly lit, night and day. Tw bedside lamps OK but just one wall lamp, rather dim. It was above the table but could not shine much light on it. We asked for a second chair and a waste-bin; they seemed surprised by this request but provided them. The main problem seemed to be the lack of staff. This meant that the bar was not open and there was little communal space for guests to sit in and chat over a drink.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Cons: Poor drainage system; the water was not draining away from the bathtub or the sink at some point... so we had to ask the reception several times to unblock the water; Dim lightning in the hotel rooms and the reception. Finally, we found that the staff at the reception didn't understand basic comprehensive English.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed and very quiet room despite being in the city centre.
Cons: An impersonal city hotel. The hotel and the room were dark and sombre. There was no toilet available at reception when we checked in.
Hôtel Dolce Vita - Ajaccio - Building
11
8.6 Excellent (242 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel Dolce Vita in Ajaccio, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Ajaccio Cathedral and Musee Fesch. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms were spacious and comfortable with an excellent sea view. The swimming pool was well situated with plenty of loungers and sunshades and towels available. Well maintained every morning.
Cons: Very limited restaurant menu and high priced too. €21 for breakfast far too steep so we didn’t have any. Supplies of bottled water, tea and coffee sachets were hard to come by - you shouldn’t need to ask for daily replenishments when the room charges are so high. Step access to hotel was a problem with a heavy suitcase and a wonky knee. What if you were really disabled? Handrail on steps to entrance difficult to use because bushes has not been cut back. Area of beach was potentially dangerous with submerged remains of a concrete jetty and sudden changes in water depth. To really appreciate this hotel and the area around which is a long way out of Ajaccio you need a car. If not you need to use the route 5 bus and you can buy a weekly ticket for€12 at the Tourist Information Office which is better than paying€3 for each journey. You can use it on any bus. Bus stop outside the hotel. Also electric bikes if you want them.

Pros: Heavenly Even the dolphins put on a show at dinner
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing. Brilliant staff. Quiet location.
Cons: It always annoys me when you book for more than 1 night pay the same price for the next nights but only get a complimentary bottle of water for the first night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, away from the crowds, but right by the sea, even has its own beach. Good size very clean swimming pool. The room on the ground floor, with its own small terrace and view of the sea. Dogs welcome. Free wi-fi. Free parking. Nice bar and restaurant. Polite and friendly staff, some more knowledgeable than others.
Cons: No negatives except food too expensive.

7.5 Good
Pros: Large villa with ample space. Large private terrace with fantastic direct sea view. Comfortable sun beds. Good location for morning jogging and visits to Ajaccio. Had a nice dinner one night at the restaurant.
Cons: Was surprised that there was absolutely no cleaning or towel exchange or emptying the garbage can during our one week stay despite of 4-star rating and corresponding price. Pricey restaurant. Kitchen was lacking quite a few accessories typically needed for cooking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful luxurious hotel with views and superb restaurant

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room and layout of the hotel.
Cons: The food was overpriced both breakfast and dinner. I also wanted to cancel the last 2 nights but the hotel would only let me cancel one despite 3 days notice. We had booked for 7 nights.
7.7 Good
Pros: Hotel Dolce Vita is a lovely, luxurious hotel. The rooms are extremely deluxe, and appear to be very recently upgraded and renovated with very high-end finishes. The rooms are huge with large sitting areas, extensive closet space, luxrious baths, and large balconies or patios. There is maid service twice daily too. The hotel has a beautiful waterfront setting. While the beach area is rocky, it is quite picturesque. The covered, outdoor dining area has magnificent views of the water and is extremely attractive. The restaurant also had excellent food. While the hotel is situated approximately a 15 minute drive from the downtown area of the city, the hotel is accessful by both cab and a very nice public bus. Overall - a fabulous resort!
Cons: NO
6.7 Good
Pros: Fantastic location right on sea, the superior rooms where first class.
Cons: but no beach, swim off rocks; dining room good for two meals ,since only changed set meal once a week .coffee gourmand ( with a few small 'cakes' ) at euro 9 must be most expensive on the island.

Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Trying to find a parking place was a nightmare. Called the hotel but they were busy with customers in their restaraunt. Eventually had to pull up outside restaraunt to be given directions to public car park. Luckily didn't have too much luggage as only staying one night. Also as in many old French hotels there were no smoke alarms or fire doors. So we checked out how we could get out of our bedroom in the event of a fire.

Cons: We were told check in was 1230 to 1430. We arrived at 1300 and there was nobody there. Waited 15 minutes then telephoned, took 20 minutes to get an answer. Access to the room was via a long, steep dark staircase. Overall not very welcoming.

Pros: The pool and access to the beach were really nice. There is a bar and restaurant right outside of the motel rooms so grabbing a bite or a drink to sip in the room was really nice. The rooms were very secluded and private and you got your own tanning patio.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: location reception confort staff kindness
Cons: to make my room : late in the afternoon
6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful room with nice view. Breakfast buffet was good.
Cons: too many little children in the main pool, while children 's pool was empty. It 's clearly a family hotel...too noisy for a quiet day of pool side relax, but that 's not the fault of the hotel.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly only the kindness and professionalism from the EXTERNAL spa.
Cons: Very unprofessional young staff who are working there during the summer season, no basic formation or knowledge in the hotel sector. Obviously no manager on site. Terrible standard for such a big name like the Radisson, honestly an insult for clients who are paying for a rather luxurious level and not students. The restaurant by the way was a disaster, no staff organisation, very poor quality of food, simply disappointing. The only time we were greeted in the hotel was by the cleaning ladies, they were the only professionals working there. Radisson needs a serious quality check!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. View from the pool area was fantastic. Easy acces to the beaches. Since we were by car, we did appriciate the spacious and safe parking lot. Also a very good starting point to explore the surroundings by by car.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super location. Professional staff. Great food. Super spa
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view over the Bay of Ajaccio is magnificent and the hotel pool beautifully positioned. Easy access to the beach.
Cons: Sitting arrangements at breakfast were dreadful, totally disorganised and having to fight/wait to be seated The quality of the food is poor for the price charged, coffee only served from temperamental machines is not good, sitting outdoors meant being subjected to the traffic noise of the main road and the poor staff did not seem to be able to cope.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The View. The size of rooms with sea view. Its Restaurant and Bar. The IT personnel and the Operations Directrice did their best to assist me when the wifi was failing. Yet, the wifi should not fail at the first place.
Cons: The wifi was problematic. I have been choosing the Radisson Blu chain for its good wifi, all over the world. This was the first one that I encountered wifi issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As a very nice surprise to start my stay - I got a room upgraded free of charge with an excellent sea view. The room was perfect, large balcony, convenient bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with large selection. Swimming pool was great, and the beach was just across the street. We loved everything and will come back here for sure.
Cons: Parking places for the cars are pretty narrow.

Pros: Good quality breakfast with a large choice.
Cons: Booked a standard room which was so small it wasn't big enough to open the suitcases and be able to walk around the bed. Had to pay 25 Euro extra per night to upgrade to a larger room which was big enough to accomodate us comfortably
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The best things about the hotel were it's staff and the super pool. We upgraded to a larger room which I would strongly suggest you do if you are staying for more than one night.

7.1 Good
Pros: the hotel was located at a sandy beach and could enjoy swimming,. good location.
Cons: the breafast was continental with no begetables and no fruits.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Amazing location with a clean sandy beach, close to a few restaurants and a free car park, 5 minutes drive from a really nice bakery and a "Spar shop" for most of your needs.
Cons: The hotel room was a massive letdown. The bedsheet was not changed the whole week. The room is basically a bathroom with a bed in it. There is a massive bathtub, 1 meter away from your bed, Fact! No shower screen, so if you have two showers a day, you guaranteed to splash your bed, or been seen from outside while you shower, please see the photos and try to understand the layout. You can't enjoy the sea view because if you let the window open the room will fill up with flies.
7.9 Good
Pros: On the beach, perfect for having a swim before breakfast. Beautiful view.
Cons: No lift. Not very cosy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: 5meters from the beach. Awesome view from the room. Modern room. Iles Sanguinaores not far.
Cons: Not the level of a 4 star hotel but still good. Breakfast a bit expensive. Staff okay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location. Receptionist that greeted us was very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Bath/ shower in the middle of the room both odd and impractical. The restaurant was closed on Sunday evening and the guy in charge was very abrupt in telling us that we would be sleeping on the beach if we did not keep our key cards in the sleeves provided as there would be no staff available to open the doors. We are three motorcyclists in our late fifties. Frankly, if that had happened we would have stayed somewhere else and demanded a refund. Wanted 14 euros each for sun beds for the latter part of the afternoon - ridiculous! Tried to charge us for drinks that we hadn’t had. We had two rooms and drinks were charged to both so not a one off and whilst they immediately removed them from the bill it was disappointing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beach front Customer service Food and cocktail
Cons: Casual billing system In general Corsica is a bit more expensive so expect higher bills
