The pool was nice and the hotel bar was fun. Location was perfect for walking to local attractions and restaurants.
The staff was pleasant
Limited hot water in shower. It was awful. Pillow cases were old and woke up with fluff stuck in our heads. Cold room. Door was broken. Television never worked. Will never stay there again for more than one night!!!
I liked the carpets and the cotton sheets and the breakfast black pudding. The person on the desk was helpful finding times of buses.
The heating or plumbing system was very noisy, and there was very little sound insulation generally; people coming in late and closing the doors of their rooms would have woken me up had I not been kept awake by the strange sounds from the heating.
The swimming pool and design of the room
A convenient City center location, very good choice of cooked hot breakfast, helpful staff with good local knowledge of the city.
Very limited parking at hotel.
