Very convenient. Nicely appointed rooms. Very clean.
No facial clothes in the bathrooms. Has to ask for one each day. Just bring me one for each day when I ask the first time!
Access to the gym and parking were both very convenient. Excellent location and friendly staff.
The beds could have been a bit firmer.
modern amenities. great proximity to Cork City centre and shops, dining, etc.
No fault of the hotel, but the construction out front is a bit of a pain.
Central and staff courtesy
The service and staff was extremely good also had food in Kudos which we really enjoyed,
The room we stayed in had no heat and it was a very cold night and when we contacted staff member they got us to move which was all done very quickly but it was very inconvenient at 10 pm ish.
Breakfast was way to expensive 18 euro plus 5 euro room service is way to expensive!!!
The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were very clean and well maintained
Very nice service employees, even the cleaing personal was nice and intelligent. Keep on with this!
Perhaps you should make it possible to isolate the doors a little bit more, not totally (Room 241). Every talking on the aisle can be heard. This has nothing to do with the particular case of the strange guitar player and choir at 3 to 6 a.m. in the next room, which was apologized and rewarded.
A very pleasant, comfortable and quiet hotel.
Convenience to centre of town and also the cleanliness of the hotel
Not able to open windows so the rooms were a little stuffy. Only way to cool room was to put on air conditioning. If we were to stay there again we would insist on a room facing outward. The price per night was quite expensive as breakfast was not included. To take breakfast in the hotel would make it just a little too dear per night. We were able to get a really nice breakfast just a short walk into town at less than half the price.
Great Location! Very nice hotel. Restaurant was very good too. Staff (all but one!) were friendly and helpful.
The heat! We were on the top floor and the heat in the hall/room was very uncomfortable.
Everything, by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in, from the building itself to the staff. Excellent. The management of the Clarion should be proud of the customer experience it's staff provides. I look forward to my next stay in the Clarion.
