The staff/receptionist were very friendly, the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, short walk to any main street.
the room was directly over a main road which led to a very noisy night with little sleep (lots of traffic, trucks, people etc) which can't be helped but maybe if some earplugs were provided at least to ease the noise. There was a vending machine outside our room which was frequented by what sounded like drunk people trying to shake and bang items out of it in the middle of the night also which didn't help the already lack of sleep (again can't be helped but some earplugs would have blocked them out!). The hotel car park was full so we were told to park in a nearby underground, however when we went to leave the staff in the carpark told us Jurys should/is meant to validate the parking as there own was full. The hotel staff didn't seem to be under the same opinion so the parking ended up costing us €30 (almost half the price of the room). In future I would request a room away from the main road and ask about the parking in advance.
Everything was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
Parking was so expensive.
