Although I brought credit card Asurance/Insurance and Allstate documents proof of coverage, Budget inSt Thomas Airport insisted I needed something else. I prepaid for a Kia Forte or like vehicle and ended up with a Nisan Versa, a smaller vehicle. The gas tank was not full after being told to bring it back full, car was not washed and had body damage. We had to wait two hours for our rental car, and charged an extra $125 for insurance that my credit card company already covered. Not the best experience. The car was clean and comfortable. I purchased third party insurance through kyack and they made me buy insurance there for $100 they claimed the insurance I purchased is not adequate enough to get the rental. Then I noticed a family of bugs in the car from the giant spider under the passenger seat to the roach like creatures that crawl all over inside at night. Reservation was not honored. Your partner company Qeeq charged my card and didn’t provide any service. Budget claimed the reserves was not in their system. I had to pay them directly for the rental. Qeeq has yet to refund me. Based on my experience I would not recommend using your site.Reviewed 1 Apr 2026
