We waited about 45 min to get picked up at the airport at 4:am. Our plane was late, but I did fill out the online letting them know we were delayed We were told the car was a free up grade. There was no Cruze control, no navigation, the car would excel randomly.Reviewed 27 Jan 2024

Went to budget at the Denver international airport to get a car. Was quoted $182 on my reservation and now they are trying to charge me $332. Upon checking in the employee working at counter only asked me for my drivers license. He never asked me any questions besides my phone number, and what personal car insurance I had. I never signed anything. Was never walked through the rental agreement. Never asked if I wanted additional insurance or if I wanted to fill the tank myself. Nothing. Just asked to insert my card when I saw the amount was $532 on my card I asked and he said it was a $350 hold and I’d only be charged $182 when I returned the car. Now they are trying to charge me almost double—charging me $50 to fill a tank of gas that I filled prior to returning and even submitted gas receipts for it. They also are charging me for 3 additional days and refusing to refund me. REALLY UNHAPPY with the service.Reviewed 23 Jan 2024

Anas was very assistive. But I was told last minute that a Tacoma wouldn’t be rented to me because I’m under 25, this wasn’t mentioned to me beforehand. There were all hidden fees that I didn’t see when booking, so that was disappointing. Overall, wouldn’t book with budget again.Reviewed 28 Nov 2023
