old carPros:the person who checked the car in was professional.Cons:Didn't even get great value for the price. Yes it was less expensive, but the bus wait was very long, the car was old, there was no one there to check the car over before leaving. Very low quality product and service given the price. UnderstaffedPros:Car was as expected.Cons:I waited for 40+ minutes when I arrived at the office. The line was long when I left too. They simply did not have enough agents there to process people and get them on the road. They know when people's start time is for their rental -- why not hire enough staff to get them on the road quickly?Reviewed 14 Jun 2017

Pros:It took the agents about 15-20 minutes per customer. Long line, very unorganized. Can't read numbers on lot to find your car. The first agent I asked about why the delay was very rude. Great value, poor rental agent and maintenancePros:Great car for a great priceCons:Rental agent was an idiot. Tried to tell me we paid "too little" for the rental and that EZ would go out of business if everyone paid what we did! (Really who published the rate?) He tried to rush me into signing the contract. I slowed him down and asked him what I was signing. Turns out HE had added a toll package to our rental (without discussing it with me, additional $75). I asked him why he added it and he said it was to help "me" avoid being overcharged for tolls. Then he made up some BS about how I'd have to drive, 45 min. - 1 hour out of the way to avoid tolls! Beware and know what you're signing. Also the rear tire had a leak in it and I has to fill it each morning. (I didn't want to wait for roadside assistance)Reviewed 24 Dec 2017

CheapCons:I had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, while watching all the other brand-name shuttles come through multiple times. The car I ended up in had over 44,000 miles on it and was very worn and dirty. The tire pressure light was on and when I mentioned this at the gate, the guy told me, "Those gages are always wrong!" I stopped at a gas station and had to put almost 20 pounds of air into the tire! It was the worst rental car experience and vehicle I've ever had. The real kicker for me is that I still paid way too much for the vehicle I wound up in. I'd have rather paid the extra $10 (which was the only difference in price) per day and gone with a name-brand rental.Reviewed 13 Jul 2016

Bad ExperienceCons:Flight was delayed and got into Denver late. Waited in the cold for shuttle 30 minutes, watching other companies' buses come one after the other. One finally came and was already full. Tried to call Customer Service, but no one picked up. Waited another 15 minutes and gave up. Took Uber to rental car site. Tons of people waiting in line. It was late. We were exhausted, so decided to take Uber to hotel. Reservation expired at midnight, so used another rental company in the morning.Reviewed 15 Feb 2017

ScamerCons:First the guy tried telling me that I would get a ticket for not having a 4x4 in the Vail area. And I needed to up to 1 for $150 more. Then when I get to the car it is pitch black all the way to the exit. Then pulling out. There is another guy gives me the paper work to sign off that it is in good shape. I said I can't see the car to sign this. He tells me it's a new car it's fine. I then walk around the car with my cell flash light. Scratched dents all over the place. I mark up the sheet accordingly. And I leave. I get it back and the people next to me were getting hassled for some stuff they didn't see and mark. This place is poor. They are probably committing large scale insurance fraud. Amung other things.Reviewed 13 Feb 2018

Pros:The agent was friendly, and the car was ready. No wait to pick-up. Manual doors and windows, which I guess is what you get for the money. Overall, the car was clean and comfortable.Cons:Never sent a confirmation email after we set our reservation. Drop-off was crazy. One attendant trying to check in at least 8 cars. Vaguely tossed out that they would email a receipt, but they never did. I would think they had down the wrong email for us, but now all of a sudden we're on their listserv for "deals." Noticed a second charge on our credit card after we returned car. Called four times in the last 5 days and no one answers the DIA phone. No calls back yet.
