Check-in process was very long and price paid at the counter was double what I was expecting. Very unpleasant and I was never emailed a receipt like I was promised. Everything from budget was great aside from sketchy, scary and suspicious activity happening outside the store when I wanted to do the key drop off. There were a group of three people waiting for me to leave my rental to do the drop off,, they kept pacing between the box and the back of my car (2 males and a female. I felt very unsafe and I am convinced they were waiting for me to drop it off so they can take the key away from me and steal the rental. Please implement more security for night time drop-offs.Reviewed 14 May 2025
