When I went to garage to pick up car, they put me in a Prius. When I returned the car, they charged me an extra $350 (one way fee) saying it was an upgrade, despite me never asking for or agreeing to an upgrade. I picked it up at 1:30 am. When I got to the car no one was there to explain anything. I finally saw one person and asked about the keys. I was told that they were on the dash or on the console. I finally found them. After driving for about ten minutes the low fuel warning came on. They had not filled it from the last rental. I had to find a station at two in the morning. After returning it I told the person what had happened and also that the Sun visor bracket was broken when I picked up the car. When I would put it down it hung at an angle. When I got the bill the basic rate had changed and the price was more than doubled. I called and after explaining the difference was told it was being sent to the investigation department. The intermediate SUV was unavailable and i was bumped up to the next size. Very happy it happened. I wouldn't have been happy with anything smaller as I drive an F250. Very comfortable ride. As a 1st time car renter and a senior citizen, I would have appreciated clear information on which locations provide transportation upon returning the rental.Reviewed 1 Nov 2022
