Cons: I had a rental car and valet had it. I didn't use it but once. It was fine. but when they brought it to me it had a flat tire. They didn't say anything but when I got in it it was obvious so I was stuck in a place I didn't know at night with a flat.

Hotel decorated some. View from room were just business buildings. Pictures show a rooftop pool, so thought we could have a good view of city from there, but was told there was no access to it. I should have investigated the location better. Thought it was closer to the lake than if was.

Cons: This is not about the hotel and/or with its administrator. I only want to make other customers aware that the city of Austin allows homeless to be in downtown and there are quite a lot of them near the hotel. I know it's a social-economic fact.

Cons: Never disclosed that parking was an additional $30 per day. Neighborhood is very suspect so really had no choice but to pay it to keep vehicle safe. Should have disclosed the parking cost up front as other hotels nearby provided secured for free.

Cons: We were beside an entrance door which made a lot of noise every time someone came into the area, plus either our aircon or someone else’s made a huge amount of noise. We turned ours off in the end, but the noise continued. We chose to park on the street rather than pay the exorbitant amount for onsite valet parking.

Cons: It is a Motel, not a Hotel as pictures indicate. East of I-35 and noisy. Some questionable folks hanging out on the balconies. Parking was in a small, full lot. Not even close to Wyndham standards. Rooms were remodeled but dirty on walls and bedspreads.
