Pros: Location, clean and comfortable room
Cons: Sunday morning, starting at 8am the hallway was very loud on the 3rd floor tower side. It woke those of us who were trying to sleep in a little right up. Minor complaint for what has consistently been a great place to stay though.

Pros: Basically everything. The facilities themselves aren’t ASTOUNDING but I’ve definitely had much worse. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Almost immediately felt like I was staying with close friends or family and not at a hostel. The atmosphere was great and everything was kept clean. And it’s lovated right in the heart of Austin. Walking distance to Kerby Lane and Torchy’s Tacos. I highly recommend both! Thanks again for the hospitality guys!

Pros: Drifter Jack's Hostel was great for my stay in Austin for the F1 in Nov. Location was great, staff really friendly and helpful and nothing was an issue. Laid back and relax atmosphere and good facilities. Would stay here again in a heart beat! i stayed for 6 nights so great for this length or shorter or longer!

Pros: Whether you are staying one night or one month, Drifter Jacks is the most affordable and comfortable place you can stay! Perfect for solo travelers and groups, the location is close enough to attractions and sits right on a major bus route. I stayed for a week and was comfortable the entire trip. Ethan and Jaime were especially wonderful hosts, however the entire staff was friendly and courteous. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours and breakfast was available every morning which was a huge bonus, especially since the nightly rate was so low! Can't wait to stay again, I will be recommending Drifter Jack's to all my friends traveling to Austin!

Cons: Squatting in the shower so the water would hit my head!
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly behaviour of staff, multiple shower and restroom facilities
Cons: Graffiti and also nude pictures all over the walls inside rooms, dark in color, lighting is also not proper. Need to pick up your bags as hostel is one level above ground floor without any elevator facility.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. It was close to a lot of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Showers weren't the greatest. Water pressure was very low and it took a long time to get up to temperature. But not a deal breaker.
