Cons: I had a rental car and valet had it. I didn't use it but once. It was fine. but when they brought it to me it had a flat tire. They didn't say anything but when I got in it it was obvious so I was stuck in a place I didn't know at night with a flat.

Hotel decorated some. View from room were just business buildings. Pictures show a rooftop pool, so thought we could have a good view of city from there, but was told there was no access to it. I should have investigated the location better. Thought it was closer to the lake than if was.

Cons: This is not about the hotel and/or with its administrator. I only want to make other customers aware that the city of Austin allows homeless to be in downtown and there are quite a lot of them near the hotel. I know it's a social-economic fact.

Pros: I loved the interior! Everyone that worked there was very nice too. When I walked in the entrance was breathtaking. Even the textured ceiling looked good. The guy at the front desk said he would walk over my room service form for breakfast to the dining team but he didn’t because the next day it wasn’t delivered. But everything was taken care of after I called them. I also loved that I paid half price since it was Christmas eve. The pool area is nice too! Right next to the path of the river and where the bats are.

Cons: The concept of the shower is sexy but extremely stupid because with no door water got everywhere. Fix it! Someone can get hurt from the wet floor! One mat won’t even soak up all the water.

Cons: We were beside an entrance door which made a lot of noise every time someone came into the area, plus either our aircon or someone else’s made a huge amount of noise. We turned ours off in the end, but the noise continued. We chose to park on the street rather than pay the exorbitant amount for onsite valet parking.
