There was no option in the booking search function to specify an AWD or 4WD . We were flying into Colorado to go skiing. We got upsold for US$40 per day to an AWD. Really had no choice at that point. Typical rug pull experience with these cheaper brands. Booked the premium, wasn’t even offered the premium option when picking up. When I told the desk worker I actually booked the premium, I got a rehearsed “oh, it won’t be ready for another 45 minutes”. No explanation, no apology, just continued checking out with the base model. Shuttle system is dated and very infrequent. We arrived early but still felt like we should have arrived earlier.Reviewed 21 Jan 2025
