Cons:Something wrong with the car (Chevy Malibu). A LOT of exhaust came into the passenger compartment when the car was stopped or idling. Notified payless when we dropped off the car, but attendants did not seem to care and I doubt they wrote the vehicle up for maintenance.Reviewed 8 Dec 2018

Pros:No issues with the vehicle. Upgraded to a van due to no invetory of a full sizeCons:Waited 70 minutes to check out vehicle since there was only representative at the counter. Dropped off vehcile at 7:50 pm was told to chek in at the terminal counter, Waited another 25 min to chek in the vehicle due to the same circumstances.Reviewed 5 Dec 2018

Pick up - terriblePros:Most of it was good. thank you.Cons:I had to wait at the parking garage for almost 40 minutes to get the car! It was a huge disappointment because I did not have much time on this trip. The system they are using there does not seem to be very efficient.Reviewed 13 Sep 2018

Could not rent with PaylessPros:That they were at the airportCons:They wouldn't take a debit card without proof of a return flight. Not a big problem, but after I showed them proof, they still wouldn't take my card. Cheap easy rental. Slow pickup.Pros:Clean tiny easy to drive, convenient location. Very understaffed pickup counter - just a single person vs 3-4 at every other rental agency.
