A- It was impossible to talk to someone the day of pick up and drop off, took me ours for the lady to answer the phone. B- The car was dirty. C- I told her the I have full cover insurance. So she told me. If you broke down call your insurance. If you have car accidents call your insurance. Anything happens to the car call your insurance. They place an intial holding fee on your card while charging you the complete retal amount. ,,and they hold the fee after you've turned the car in. This practice is what you do with younger individuals . My advise...don't do it!Reviewed 5 Oct 2022

Pickup took 1.5 hours because there was only one attendant working, the computer and scanner were slow, and the documents required to pickup were not well communicated. People were getting half way through the pickup process only to realize they didn't have the right insurance document, getting out of line to call, etc. You must have your insurance card and be able to show coverage $ amounts. Easirent didn't allow folks to cancel their reservation despite having 12+ people in line in front of them and a 2+ hr wait (was taking ~20 mins per person for pickup).Reviewed 3 Aug 2022

I will NEVER use this company again. Rental office was filthy (think $30 per night motel room smell) and the car was dirty (had not been vacuumed or windows cleaned). Tire had a slow leak that went down to 9psi while I had it. They would not come fix it because I didn’t buy extra insurance. I assured them that it wasn’t my car and I absolutely didn’t care, and they still could have cared less. Check-back-in process was also sloppy and terrible- guy took my key and left, after 30 minutes so did I because I had no idea if I was done or not but had a flight to catch. Terrible all the way around. It was cheaper than Enterprise or Hertz, but from now on I’ll pay the difference. Awful.Reviewed 2 Jul 2022
