Touch button options for ordering drinks , food , movies, chatting with other seat passangers , Wow! Blew my mind . We left on time and landed on time too. We had premium economy seats - felt like business class other than reclining level of the seats. Pretty good value!!"

Cons: "Not clear that I wouldn't be able to check a bag for my return flight. I flew to New Zealand with a large bag and then when I went to check in for my return flight they told me I couldn't check it to bring it back and my only option was to cargo it, which was not helpful being that the cargo was out of the airport and I needed to catch my flight. I was luckily able to check it on a separate flight my boyfriend was going on. But I would have either have had to leave my bag or miss my flight if he hadn't been there. It should have been more apparent that I wouldn't have been able to check it on the way back. It makes no sense to be able to bring a bag to New Zealand and not bring it back. That was very frustrating and overall I was very disappointed with this experience."

Cons: "When checking in we asked about an exit row seat. The NZ official claimed the flight was full n nothing available. Once on the 2/3 full plane, 9 of the 12 exit row seats were empty. Bottom line was she was lazy and unprofessional in simply Lieing."

Pros: "I was recovering from a cold and didn't anticipate having ear problems but during decent I began to experience some pain. It was all new to me as I had never been through this before. Fortunately the crew was kind and they provided a sinus decongestant in a cup for me to sniff and breath in so the smell could open up my nasal passages and it helped a bit."

Pros: "Crew were very human unlike in the industry. Seat next to me was empty, I requested to change the seat Ms. Aimee the crew let me after safe cruising. Best part is, the seat was sky couch or premium economy and she let me use it. If it would be other airlines they would mindlessly refuse it. High level of courteousy and sense of exellent service displayed. All airlines should learn"

Cons: "temperature regulation on the plane was quite poor. Parts of the cabin were very warm and others were very cold and flight attendants had difficulty regulating the temperature. food was also quite bland."

Apparently, I was in some sort of category where I was fed and my seatmate was not and neither of us knew why. Also, the entertainment being pay-to-play is just stupid."
