We were upgraded to better seats. No entertainment. Food mediocre
Flight was half an hour delayed and gate was changed only once but not very far. Weather was good so smooth flight. So all in all was a good flight on a Sunday.
Boarding was on time and orderly. Crew was efficient. Departure as scheduled. I did not order food.
The overall flight was okay. Aircraft was a bit run down like the toilets, seat and table. The worse was checking in and boarding. They had no priority for people with children (young infants and babies included) even when we requested. Unhelpful staff.
Flight was booked with a hacked credit card and flyer was allowed to board despite airline being advised. Shameful behaviour.
Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.
My flight got cancelled 7 days before departure, the the replacement flight was cancelled again and I was not notified, but found out during check in.
Efficient turnaround, flight on-time. Pre-ordered food arrived hot and was pretty good for the price.
Soulless machine on the boarding that doesn’t allow even 100gr of overweight. Old airplane in poor condition.
Air Asia is a favourite of mine. Well run, good planes, great staff and great value.
Improved experience over our last years flight when also we flew local but on an international scheduled flight. The double processing is still unwelcome i.e. by security and then by border force having to produce a licence and boarding pass repeatedly on departure and return. Obviously suits the airline rather than the local traveller. The flight and crew were good though a helper on return was offhand having to push the wheel chair did the bare minimum we felt.
Flight on time. New plane. No entertainment screen just device. No offer of water. Didn’t order food.
The flight was delayed by 2 hours but the Jetstar crew were fantastic.
It was better than I expected. Thought $5 for a small cup of tea was a bit much!
Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.
Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.
The flight take-off was delayed which was fine but the staff seemed pretty over their jobs. The seats are very uncomfortable and the food was pretty average. Overall is was okay.
Boarding was easy and unstressful, though the early "final call" was a bit off-putting. The crew were pleasant, and the seats were comfortable. The prices for food and drink were reasonable, apart from tea and coffee, where simple percolated coffee was charged at espresso prices. Deboarding was OK, though some Jetstar passengers appear to have a bad habit of pushing forward from their assigned rows, making it more difficult to get out for passengers that have paid a premium to sit up-front. Jetstar might want to look to address this to stop it from spreading.
We were seated right at the back of the plane along with young parents and small children. Very noisy and seats super uncomfortable.
It was cancelled, second flight in a month. Jet star are dead to me
