Cons: "Hello- The system for online checking was down (I think) it took a lot of time to check in. By the time we got to passport control, there was a huge line and an hour and half was left before take off. Anyways we joined the line. Half way through, 45 min before flight (flight was eventually delayed for an hour I think but we did not know that at the time) we realized that we were definetly going to get late and were looking for any Emirates person (whilst in line) who could guide us. Eventually someone did came and told a group (some way ahead of us) that people flying to Lahore and Karachi can go to another office for passport control (we ran to that office). I believe instead of sending 1 person to a line of say 300+ people to fetch for people for Lahore and Karachi can devise a contingent plan for these kind of situations. Maybe use a hand held digital board asking passengers with Flight no:XXX to head to a place so and so. Maybe megaphone can be used. Instead of passenger anxiously trying to get to 1 person whilst keeping in line to get some important information. In flight I used the button twice to call a crew member for some juice and water. But nobody came. But that might be understandable as there was a lot going on some 1 hour after dinner I think and is not a big problem. Don't know what kind of coordination they have with Dubai airport staff, seemed least bothered."

Cons: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

Pros: "In my way to Dubai, I asked the gentleman not to put me in the middle, when I get in found myself in a middle row middle seat. Food choices chicken, steak, and stuffed zucchini all are nasty. Also, I was told that business class luggage comes out first that wasn't true on both leg of the trip. Also, I wasn't told that I have a lounge to hang out until the boarding time. In my way back it was same exact food menu service is mediocre at best very demanding flight attendants. Also the luggage came out towards the end . I told my friend I travelled with that this would be my last time to use Emirates airline"

Pros: "Compared to other airlines, especially trips to and from Europe, this one was great! I will try to fly Emirates every time! I especially appreciated the variety and abundance of choices for entertainment. Eight hours just flew."

Cons: "Legroom in economy was good; however, seat width wasn't. You rub elbows with your neighbors while eating. Asian vegetarian meals were nauseatingly spicy - not the "hot" spicy type, but the cinnamon/cardamom overuse type. Most crew members gave a cold shoulder to passengers."

Pros: "This is the 4th times I use Emirates and they maintain their standards. The entertainment is very good, a lot of new movies and tv shows, in many languages. The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."
