one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.
Not the fault of United—weather, reroute around weather, time sitting on tarmac, arrived couple hours late, too late for train into city necessitating a much pricier cab but weather…can’t be helped.
It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark,then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate
This was my second leg of my trip and was delayed so was worried about my connection in Montreal. Still hungry so on boarding I asked a flight attendant if I could use my $14.00 voucher on the plane for food as I was starving. She said she would check and let me know but she never came back. So no food again as none was offered. Had to get my bags and check them again and that was ok but don’t understand why I had to go through security and because of them almost missed my flight. No food offered nor possibility to purchase food so still hungry and just watched a movie and hoped I could get food when I landed. Was able to use the $14.00 voucher to buy something and had my family bring food as I was now starving. I’ve been travelling on AC for years and this was my worst experience ever. After our flight got cancelled in SXM and was told the staff there didn’t work for AC so couldn’t do much to help us was not a good experience
After my flight was cancelled the day before we got on board and could not even get a cup Of tea with milk as there was no milk. The oatmeal bar they are now serving was terrible. It was interesting that we could not get anything to eat as SXM doesn’t provide food but the people in Business class had food. I was very hungry as I never ate at the airport after being picked up by the bus from the hotel. There was one worker in the cafe to serve us all and I had a problem with my knee so couldn’t walk as quickly so ended up not getting food. Not your problem but still I was very hungry. An attendant finally gave me some hot water which I requested. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt the class distinction while travelling.
Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am
the check-in lady at ORD was extremely rude and unprofessional. very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and it really put a damper on things. if i wanted to be treated like trash, i would have flown Economy! (as opposed to business class)
My original flight was cancelled and then rebooked four hours later on a recovery flight, but I was checked in as stanby and had no seats so as a family of four we were concerned about not being seated altogether. Our flight then got delayed by another 1.5 hours and when seats were assigned at the gate, three of the four of us were together and we could get my wife closer, they offered no assistance.
Staff looked unprofessional. Sloppy uniforms and hardly a smile to be found
Boarding procedures were a gong show. Everyone was confused and AC staff were very rude and impatient when people were confused about boarding zones
My original booking with Air Canada turned into a headache
I bought a ticket from Kayak. When I got to the airport, the was no ticket. I had to pay 5X to get to my destination. No response received from Kayak. I will NEVER use them again.
